Adriana:

As the night came over us, Shawn and I only felt more alive. The jukebox playing songs from the kitchen, filling the house with the most rejoiced and energetic vibes. "Aah this is my favorite song!" I jumped up from the couch, rushing over to the kitchen and turning the volume up before running back to the living room and getting Shawn up on his feet.
"Dance with me."

We enjoyed the presence of one another's laughter as we jumped and danced around in the living room. He was purposely singing the lyrics to the songs wrong just to annoy me.
But no matter how annoying it gets, it's part of him.
Why would I tell him to stop?
Why would I die that part down of him when it's what makes me love him even more?

"Oh, wow." I gasped as I looked up at the roof. Our  living room has one part glass ceiling, giving us the perfect look out on the galaxy above. "Just look at the stars!" I pointed up, smiling even bigger when I felt his hands on my waist, pulling me closer to him as he too looked up.
"It's beautiful." He whispered, making me look up at him. "Not as beautiful as you though."
"Oh stop lying." He chuckled, but my tone was way serious when I looked at him.

"I'm not lying." His smile faded a bit. "To me, you're more precious than life, I love you more than anything in the world. And sucks for you because there's absolutely nothing you can do about it." As I chuckled he started to laugh.

I sat down on the carpet, then lying down, patting the area beside me for him to do the same. He lied down by my side, looking up at the stars with me.
Our hands brushing against each other's before he took my hand in his, intertwining our fingers at a slow pace.

I believe our love will forever be this way. The way we love is unconditionally, and so much but we only show it in pieces.
We'll always be afraid to give it our all, but the small pieces we give are good enough to keep one another going.
And just having him in my life and getting to love him is sure as hell the best by far.

"Tonight, I just want to lay here, next to you." He said, looking up before turning to face me. "Sounds perfect." I laughed, scooting closer to him and giving him a lingering kiss.
We made small jokes, told each other some stories and laughed all night long.

It was magical.
Like the fairytales my dad used to read to me when I was little, they now seem like reality. Reality, with a dark twist though.

I wasn't locked away in a tower, and Shawn didn't save me from a burning castle or an evil octopus in the ocean.
No.
But he is my prince, my savior. Just in the most realistic of circumstances. My fairytale started the day I met him.

💞Shawn:

It was probably past eleven when I turned to my side, wanting to blabber out another stupid and cheesy joke for Adriana, but she was fast asleep.
I smiled as I saw her in all her beauty.

"Adriana. Baby, you should get to bed." She only hummed and moaned in response, rolling on to her side and wrapping her arms around me. "Common." I sat up, hearing her groaning. I laughed as I pulled her up, seeing the small smile on her face as I picked her up. "I could get use to this." She mumbled, nestling her face in to my nevk as I carried her to our room.

"You're evil." I threw her down on the bed, hearing her laughter filling up the room. "You're such an asshole." She chuckled, stretching out and getting up to get dressed in her nightwear.
I watched her from across the room as I got dressd as well. Seeing her undressing, her beautiful, flawless body. Her curly hair falling perfectly down her back and as she turns around, her rosy cheeks and brown eyes.

God, she kills me everytime.

"What?"
"Nothing."

I smiled at her as we got in bed, turning the lights out and wrapping her up in my arms. It was silent, but I whispered to her just before she drifted off to sleep.

"You know, in that time we were apart I tried sleeping in this bed but I just couldn't. I couldn't sleep, and then I would stare at the empty side of the bed and wondered about the things I would've told you if you were laying there next to me." She kissed my neck, scooting closer.

"I love you Shawn."
"I love you more."
