Part 61: jealous

Today is the day of Cody's party.
In a way I'd rather stay home with Adriana in my arms and having her with me, because I'm not in the mood to go anymore.

Adriana left early this morning to get some things done at her house, but she said she'll come by later on today. As for me, I want this house to get done so it looks more like a home.
So I'll probably start on painting the loving room, Adriana will bring by some other small things to decorate the house further.

At the end, this will probably be the biggest, but yet the most beautiful project I did.

"Shawn! Shawn! Shawn!" I heard her calling my name as she came running in to the house. "I'm in here!" I heard her footsteps running up on the wooden floor towards me. "I got the cabine- damn." She smirked.
"I never thought white paint, jeans and a Shawn can look this good." I felt my cheeks burning as I walked up to her to give her a kiss.

"You look beautiful."
"Not as beautiful as you though, right?"
She kept on smirking at me and I just laughed, rolling my eyes before pressing my lips to hers. "You got the what?"
"I got the cabinets for the kitchen!" She squealed excitedly as she took my hand in hers, pulling me with her outside to where a truck stood with guys carrying the things inside.

"Babe you don't have to spend so much money on the house." I appreciate her efforts but I don't want her to waist all her money on things we can make from scratch.
"Shawn, darling. This is our home, you can't be the only one investing in the place. Besides, I want to do it so just let me." She laughed, pecking my lips before running down to the truck.

"Thank you guys so mych. I really appreciate it." She greeted everyone, but blood was boiling inside me when I saw how the one guy checked her out. I stumped down the steps of the front porch towards him.
"Don't look at her like that." I pushed him back, feeling my face heating up from anger.

"What the hell!" Adriana pushed me away from the guy, standing in front of me to keep me away from him. "I'm sorry, thank you guys again for the delivery." She said before looking back at me with her eyebrows furrowed together in anger.

They took off and only then I started to calm down. "What the hell was that all about!" She pushed me by the shoulders. "Didn't you see the way he was looking at you? He was totally checking you out!"
"Yeah and? So what!" She started yelling, clearly not impressed by my behavior.
"So what? How can you not care!"

"Because I'm with you, and the fact that you don't trust me in this relationship, that you think I'll blow you off for some delivery guy makes me really sad!" She walked away, back in to the house.
"Shit." I cursed under my breath, letting out a deep sigh of disappointment in myself before walking in.
I found her busy unpacking the deliveries.

I walked up to her, wrapping my arms around her waist as I nestled my face in her neck. "I'm sorry darling. I just, fear losing you. Will you forgive me?" She didn't say anything, she just continued with what she was busy with.

"I love you. You know I love you so much. Know it kills me to see you mad at me, and I'm so sorry. You're mine, all mine. And I don't want to share you with anyone else. I love you so much." I kept on mumbling cute things in her neck till I heard her chuckling.
"Shawn, you're unbelievable." I turned her around, cupping her cheeks.

"I'm sorry." I whispered again and she then wrapped her arms around my neck. "It's okay, but know you'll never lose me." I pressed my lips to hers, feeling her smiling in to the kiss. "Love you."
"Love you too. Now go get done in the living room, I'll finish up here." She pecked my lips one more time before sending me off to finish painting the living room.

I'm the luckiest when it comes to having her.
