As I walked out of the classroom into the hall, I was almost frightened to death when Shawn-dude jumped in front of me.

"Just so you know sweetheart, I don't need you. I'm doing fine on my own, and help from you is perfectly denied." He said, looking at me from my head to my toes before biting down on his lip. Disgusting. "But yeah. Not a bad option. But still, I'll pass." He said, still standig in front of me. As if he's waiting for me to argue with him.
Waiting for me to beg down on my knees to stay with me. Well helo boy, this is reality. And I'm not that type of girl.

"Uhm... okay cool. Saves both of us some time." I smiled, throwing my bag over my shoulder and walked down the hall to my next class. "Are you serious?" He laughed, jogging up to me. "Yes. If you don't want to take the offer of my help then it's your problem. But I'm not going to waist my time trying to win you over just to give you the simple offering of free help. It's your grades, not mine." I laughed, seeing the disappointed look on his face.

I might just be the very first girl that stood him up. Guess I touched a soft spot there huh?

"Nobody ever denied me that quickly. Especially chicks." He said, walking next to me as he blabbers out his soppy life story about all the girls he's been with. Like I care.

"First of all..." I stopped in my tracks, turning to him and seeing the smirk forming of his lips. "Girls aren't 'chicks' they aren't meant to just be played with and then left behind. But clearly those are your intentions wih girls so rather just leave me alone. Go find someone else to teacher you math... maybe someone who won't deny you. But guess what, that person's marks may just be the same as yours so... goodluck with graduation Mr. Mendes." I smiled after finishing my probably pointless speech to him.

I walked into my class, seeing him standig outside, kind of taken back. I chuckled as I waved at him through the small window in the door. With the childish mind he has, he did the unexpected... but yet so lame. He sticked his tongue out at me and walked off. "Real mature Mendes. Real mature." I rolled my eyes before taking my seat.

Any other girl would probably have him on their minds for the entire period through, but me, I... God, I have to say it but I had him on my mind.
But just because he irritates me so much.

"Adriana!" I heard the familiar yell of my best friend, running down the hall towards me.

Meet Mariana.
My other half, also know as the second piece of the Craziness we live. "Hey. Why did I hear Rick and Mark talking about you giving math lessons to Shawn?" She said, looking over her shoulder as she pointed over to the two jokes leaning against their lockers.

"Wow okay. So I guess word spreads really fast around here." I said, hearing her gasping loudly as her jaw dropped to the ground. "What! You are?" She whispered, and I slammed my door closed, making her jump. "Every time." I laughed at her. "You know I hate it when you do that." She bumped my side as we walked to the cafeteria.

"But no, I'm not giving lessons to him. Not until he climbs down or better, falls down from his royal douche throne, he can fail math for all I care. I won't be able to work with his ego, let alone, him." Just then we walked past him and I saw him checking me out again. "I seriously need holy water, that guy gives me the creeps." I shivered as I felt disgust crawling all over my body.

"You know, they say the ones you mostly hate will become you life partner." She said wiggling her eyebrows up and down at me. "Oh, well then I guess our relationship makes sense now." I smiled at her, only seeing her rolling her eyes before we both started laughing.

She's the best, and she understands me.
What more can I ask for in a friend?
