Shawn:
I don't know where we're heading on this road, nor where we want to go, but I just know we want to get away.
Together.
I'm sad that her mother never got the chance to meet her. If only she could see the amazing person she gave birth to. I bet she'd be so proud.
"Babe I-" but as I turned to look at her she was fast asleep next to me. I smiled, seeing how cute she looked. I parked up by a gas station to grab some snacks. "Adriana." I lightly shook her, "Adriana love. Do you want something to eat?" She slowly sat up and stretched out her arms.
"Are we there yet?"
"I don't know where's there, but no." I laughed, seeing the smile on her face. She leaned over the armrest between us, pecking my lips and then getting out.
She's magnificent.
I choose her. And I'll always choose her, over and over and over again. Without pause, without a doubt. In a heartbeat I'll keep on choosing her. She's the one I want to spend the rest of my life with.
The only one I have eyes for. I got out after her, locking the car and we walked up to the shop.
"What do you want?" We gazed around the shelf, looking for something that grabs our attention. "You know what, surprise me. I need to run to the bathroom." She chuckled, pecking my cheek before making her way out in search for a bathroom. I just grabbed bags of chips, water and candy.
Walking over to the cashier to pay for all the goods before heading back to my car and waiting for Adriana to come back.
"Where is she?" I got out of the car after waiting for probably ten minutes.
What happened to her?
Where's she gone off to?
"Shawn! Hello, anyone!" I heard a yell and walked in behind the garage shop to see her hand flopping out of a window. "Oh my god!" I started laughing straight from my stomach when I saw her sweet, innocent little face sticking out the window.
"The door won't open." She chuckled with her cheeks burning red from embarrassment. "Okay hold on." I laughed, walking up to the door onthe other side and tried to open it up, but not even a hard kick and push could get the lock to break.
God, if you're stuck here... you're stuck.
"Sorry babe. I'll have to leave you here cause I can't get it open." I waved at her as I walked past her, seeing her eyes growing big.
"Shawn! You can't be serious?!" I started laughing again as she really thought I'd leave her. "Do you really think I'm that shallow?" She just shrugged her shoulders with a smirk on her face. "Common."
"Stop laughing, it's really not funny." She said, creating a moment of silence but then we both bursted out in a fit of laughter. "Please help me out of here." She begged.
I stepped up on the the garbage can standing against the wall, pushing the window further open. "Okay, step on to the top part of the toilet and push up." She climbed on top and slightly pushed herself through the window.
Her arms wrapping around my neck as I grabbed on to her waist, pulling her out. "This was by far not how I pictured our getaway to start." I laughed as we stood on the bins. "My hero!" She chuckled, leaping in to my arms.
"What would you do without me?" She kissed the smirk off my face, jumping down from the bins and waiting for me to take my hand and we walked back to the car. "You're so cute." I smiled over to her, starting the car to drive off.
"Thanks for coming to look." She pecked my cheek one more time before we took off again.
Into the unknown of where we're actually heading.
