Raphael x Reader | Christmas Time

Raph's P.O.V

It was only the first week of November but (Y/N) was already in the Christmas mood. Mikey can get excited very easily as well so both of them were talking about presents, decorations and trees in the kitchen. 

I've never been a huge fan of Christmas but seeing (Y/N) so happy made me happy as well. I've been meaning to ask her out for the longest time but never had the guts to do so. Yes I know, a big guy like me. I just didn't wanna do anything wrong or upset her. I needed to get her a present.

"Can we set the tree up now (Y/N)?", Mikey asked walking after her.

"Not yet Mikey, but we could get a list of stuff we still need", she replied.

She looked at me briefly and sat next to me on the couch.

"Okay", Mikey said, sitting on in front of her on the table and placing his head in his hands.

"Riiiiight", she answered slowly, "let me get my phone and then start".

"We've got lights already. Ornaments, food and candles as well", he said counting on his fingers.

"Candles?", I asked.

"Yes Raph, I asked (Y/N) to get some with apple & cinnamon scent", Mikey replied.

I looked at (Y/N) and she just shrugged.

"Let him have his fun", she whispered and softly touched my arm.

That touch alone made me go crazy. Her skin was so soft. And she wasn't afraid to touch me in the slightest. She should be afraid cause I'm a monster but she's not. Yeah I definitely need to gte her a present.

It was a week before Christmas and I think I've finally found the perfect gift for her. It took me a long time to find it but I wanted it to be amazing. Just the best for (Y/N).

Her Christmas spirit was contagious cause now even Donnie and Leo were in on it. Just the other day, Leo walked in with a huge tree under his arm, smiling like crazy.

"FINALLY!", Mikey screamed running towards the tree.

"Be careful", Leo said, "I just got it to stand straight, don't you dare knocking it over."

Mikey was giving him a thumbs up while waiting for (Y/N) and Donnie to arrive with the decorations. I was once again sitting on the couch, just watching as it all happened.

"How about I take the lower parts and you guys the higher ones. You're a head taller than me", (Y/N) laughed.

"Sounds fine by me", Donnie said.

"Raph, are you coming too?", Mikey asked giving me puppy eyes.

"Nah I'm good", I replied.

"Oh come on you grinch, PLEASE?", (Y/N) said.

How could I say no to her? That's right, I couldn't.

"What am I supposed to do?", I wanted to know.

"Handle me the ornaments", she said.

I kneeled next to her and did as told. Her fingers were softly touching mine and with every ornament I handed her I felt better. I also started blushing and I hope that no one noticed it. 

This went on for quite a while until everyone was satisfied with the tree. We decided to give Mikey the honor of lighting it.

"3 .... 2 .... 1 .... WOHOOOOO", he screamed.

The lights went on and it was beautiful. (Y/N) was standing next to give and put her arm around my waist, admiring the work we had done. 

"I can't wait for Christmas", Mikey shouted again, "group hug!!"
