They would all have the same reaction. At first there would be denial. I mean how can yo be pregnant in the first place? He's a turtle goddammit. But there you were, expecting a baby. He slowly got used to the thought of being a father, maybe even talking to Splinter or reading online trying to learn about babies, food, clothes and more. He never saw himself having a child but now he couldn't wait. It was a baby with you nonetheless, his forever girl.
When you went to the doctor and told him the news of expecting twins, the whole spiral began again: denial at first. Two babies mean twice as much stress, screaming and diapers to change. But that thought soon vanished when he thought about how they would look like. Yeah, they might be double trouble but they were HIS children. He would die for them if he had to. He couldn't wait to hold them, tell them how much he loved them.
And if everything failed, the stress got too much, he still had 3 brothers and a father to help out. Family always comes first in their clan and it won't change once your two babies are born. He'd be the best father ever. To both of his children.
