Leo: This cheeky little bastard would send you a little package / or place it on the bed with a rope (or a satin-like band like his mask) with a letter saying "prepare yourself for what's to come."
Raph: Oh he would sneak up on you, stand behind you and gently kiss your neck. Then he would whisper some dirty things into your ear while his hands are tracing your body, especially your hips.
Donnie: He'd always touch or kiss you. It might sometime seen like an accident (like when you handle him a plate and your hands touch) but when you looked into his eyes, you could see the lust in there. And he would wait until all his experiments were done.
Mikey: He wouldn't even make it subtle. He'd just tell you how goddamn good you look, your ass especially. He would also whisper some naughty things and tell you, you have to wait until later so he could take full advantage.
