Leo: He would get you some nice dinner. He'd either cook it himself or order it somewhere. He wanted everything to be perfect. He wanted you to dress up as nice as you could (and wanted), got you some flowers and chocolate and would hold your hand all evening long.
Raph: Raph would take you to the place where you first met (or where you had your first kiss). He wouldn't do anything fancy but he still got you a little gift. Flowers or chocolate. Maybe a self-made sweater. Also, he'd shower you in compliments.
Donnie: He would take you stargazing. He might got a few snacks her and there but the most important things were you and the stars. He'd cuddle with you, explain the stars and just enjoy the moment.
Mikey: Pizza, movies and cuddling. He got your favorite pizza, favorite snacks, fave movie (or maybe the newest movie you wanted to see at the cinema - he'd take you there I swear) and would cuddle with you. Also, he'd kiss you as often as possible.
