I once read a post on Tumblr that implied that the Turtles would wear their birth stones as bandanas / masks.
That would be:
Leo: September (Sapphire)
Raph: July (Ruby)
Donnie: February (Amethyst)
Mikey: November (Citrine)
So if you would go with the coordinating zodiac signs (there are usually two for one month) it would look like this:
Leo: Virgo, Libra
Raph: Cancer, Leo (hellooooo twin. I love you)
Donnie: Aquarius, Pisces
Mikey: Scorpio, Sagittarius

According to what I found the results (don't worry I give you my opinion later) are as follows:
Leo: needs a Taurus, Virgo or Capricorn (as a Virgo) or Gemini, Libra, Aquarius (as a Libra)
Raph: Cancer, Scorpio, Pisces (as a Cancer) or Aries, Leo, Sagittarius (as a Leo)
Donnie: Gemini, Libra, Aquarius (as a Aquarius) or Cancer, Scorpio, Pisces (as a Pisces)
Mikey: Cancer, Scorpio or Pisces (as a Scorpio) or Aries, Leo, Sagittarius (as a Sagittarius)
I personally think that they could work with basically any zodiac sign out there. They've learned to adapt themselves and would fit in (as long as you work along). They would be perfect with someone from the same sign (or element) as they would have the same interests, however I feel like they could use someone completely opposite (Leo might need a Leo-Sign as a partner). As long as they make comprises when things get too heated, it would all work out nicely.
(I personally am a Leo and my boyfriend is as well and it works just fine <3)
