Leo: Oh hell no. He knew he couldn't forbid you to do it but he'd be worried the whole time. He'd tell you to first train in the dojo, maybe meditating or the hashi in order for you to get some balance. Parkour was dangerous and he wanted to make sure you knew what you were doing.
Raph: He'd be torn. On one hand he thinks parkour is quite nice and give you a certain thrill, but on the other hand ... you could seriously injure yourself. Raph would accept your decision but only if he could help you. Never go and try it without him.
Donnie: This cinnamon roll would be constantly worried. He wanted you to be safe, preferably in sight 24/7, but he couldn't tell you not to do it. He would make you train in the sewers first and maybe but a net underneath everywhere or foam pieces so you don't get hurt.
Mikey: Honestly, he would join you asap. He loved trying new things and especially things that his brothers fail to do (like skate boarding for example). He'd start off slowly with you, making sure you were safe and learning the right moves, and then move on to something more difficult.
