I feel like both of them would have similar reactions to it. They would both approve of it since nothing, nothing, could make you look ugly. Heck he even thought you'd look good in a potato sack. You just knew how to wear certain things and how to style them.
Leo would tell you how beautiful you looked (he tells you that every day anyway) and you could really pull that style off. He might give you some of his accessories to go with it.
Mikey would be excited. You might be twinning with him (if he can find clothes in his size) and he'd happily show that off to his brothers.
