I feel like none of them would have a problem with that. After all, it was your choice what to wear, how to style your hair, how to be. They loved you for your personality and not your looks (although they thought you were hot af anyways). As for being muscular: they'd be cool with that. Maybe even proud. They could weight train with you, Raph would even box with you. It would mean that you take care of your body, have the perfect balance of working out and eating right. Trust me, they would like that.
