Oh they would be so excited and nervous at the same time. They've wanted to spend time with you as often as they could and when they finally had the guts to ask you to stay the night they were relieved.
Your turtle would probably clean his room (at least he tries to) and make it perfect for you. He'd change the bed sheets, dust and more. He might even get a few extra pillows just in case you need them.
Then he'd be surprised at everything you brought to the lair with you: pjs, skincare, shampoo, shower gel, make up and more. He wasn't sure why you'd need all of that but he gladly made some space of you to put everything in.
He smiled when you walked in with your pjs on. You looked so adorable, cute and innocent.
Both of you were a bit shy. Yes, you've cuddled before, made out and you even fell asleep on him once. But this here was different. You were actually staying the whole night, next to him in his bed.
Both of you laid down, and cuddled for a while before you noticed how heavy your eyes got. He noticed that immediately and told you good night. You wished him sweet dreams and soon you were fast asleep. Your boyfriend was awake for a little longer than you, smiling while holding you close.
Your first night at the lair wasn't so bad after all.
