They would all be very protective. Your learning disability doesn't matter that much to them to be honest, they'd be protective ALL THE TIME.

Raph: He'd be the most angry one. He might even use fists if someone mocks you. We know how he is. You're his queen and no one should ever make fun of you especially if itÄs not your fault.
Donnie: First thing he would to is to read up on it so he could understand you better. Then, if anyone dared to make fun of you, he could burn them with facts.
Mikey: He might be the one who understands you best. He's a bit slow at times and hates it when people make fun of him. That's why he protects and defends you as often as possible.
