I feel like Donnie would be the only one who kind of knows what's going on. But other than that it would be a mess. Not only in your pants but also with ALL of them. So let's see how they'd react:
"Are you okay baby?", he'd ask.
You've been looking miserable the whole day and even thought you didn't want him to see it, he just noticed. He knew you too well. You've been dating for a few weeks now and have been friends for even longer. But this was the first time you had your period while being his girlfriend.

He gave you a look that just showed he didn't believe you at all.
"What is wrong? You've never been like this? Did you eat something wrong?", he asked.
Oh God. He never learned about periods. Of course he didn't who would have taught him? How will make this ... well ... easy and quick?
"I just have my period", you said.
"Period?", he asked and blinked a few times.
"Yeah. Women get that once a month"
"And that hurts?"
"That's one of the symptoms, yes"
"What are the other ones?"
You gave him a stern look. You blushed a little but then figured, this was natural and he should know about it.
"Swollen boobs, back pain, a horrible mood. It's different with every women. And the best part is: you bleed"
"YOU DO WHAT?", he screamed, looking concerned again.
You nodded and he walked up to you.
"Where?"
He lifted your arms up and inspected every single inch of your body.
"Would you please stop? We bleed ... down there", you said pointing to it.
His eyes opened wide and his look went from your eyes to your down parts and back up.
"YOU BLEED OUT OF YOUR VAGINA?", he screamed again.
"Stop it, no one needs to hear that", you said and blushed.
"For how long?"
"Depends. Some women bleed for 2-3 days some even a week"
He blinked and his jaw hit the floor.
"You bleed for a whole week and you don't die?"
"Nope", you smiled.
"What a warrior"
"It's not that deep really. It's just a shot glass full of blood or so", you said, blushing at his compliment.
"You need to explain every single detail to me", he then said.
"Okay, but not now. I need some chocolate first", you answered.
He nodded and rubbed his chin.
"How about a belly massage as well? Might help with the cramps?"
"Oh I'd love that", you answered and smiled.
"Come here"
He pulled you close and kissed you passionately.
