They would have absolutely no problem with that. In fact, if you're insecure about it, they'd understand you and try to cheer you up. They know what it feels like to look different and they'd teach you to not give a fuck about what anyone says.
Leo is the one who's the most accepting of all his brothers. He can literally deal with anything. He'd tell you how beautiful you are, how special and that the patches make you who you are. They're a part of your life and he fully accepts that.
Raph would kiss all the patches you have. He doesn't see anything wrong with it or you and wouldn't treat you any different. Why would he? Just because you have a skin condition doesn't mean you can't be pretty and smart and fun. He loves you the way you are.
Donnie would be so fascinated by it. He a scientist after all as you know. He would totally read up on the subject, inspect you (as long as you're okay with it) and say "wow", "incredible", "fascinating" a bunch of times.
Mikey would trace all the patches with his index finger - unless your ticklish then he wouldn't. Nah scratch that he would still do that, just because he loves your laugh. He loved the way you look and thought that this only made you more special.
