Of course they would! I feel like they might already know it. Leo would be good at it, Donnie too, Raph was okay and Mikey, well he was trying.
Leo was fascinated by languages, spoke a few himself. He might have already learned it because he feels like you can never learn enough. And when he found out that his s/o was deaf he immediately switched over to sign language.
Mikey would maybe bring his s/o a paper so they could write or draw since he still had difficulties with the signs. He would try his best to understand them though.
Raph would rather not talk at all and just communicate by looks and touches. But like I said he would be good at it from the beginning, or definitely learn it once he found out his s/o was deaf.
Donnie would be a little like Leo. He of course knew what he was doing, might have learned sign language even before any of his brothers. Though he didn't keep up with the learning as much since his head was always somewhere else.
