Chapter Thirty One

The next morning

At Jason and Sam's penthouse

In Spoby's bedroom

Spencer and Toby had been awake for a while and Spencer wished that didn't have to get up at all today, that they could just lay there in bed all day cuddling with each other.

“I don't want you to leave me.” Spencer said burying her face in his neck. “Well I don't have to, why don't you come work on our house with me?” Toby asked and she looked up at him and he smirked at her and she smiled at him. “I would love to.” She said happily and he smiled at her and then kissed her. “What do you say we go shower together and then get ready to go okay?”
He asked and she nodded. “Could think of a better way to start the day.” She smirked at him and then kisses him passionately again.

A little bit later

At The Metro Court

Emily was over at the bar working and Nelle was taking a little break and she was sitting at a table with Serena, Kiki, Ali, Kristina, and Aria and they were talking about Spencer.

“I just really wish that there was something else that we could do for Spence.” Kiki said.
“Yeah she deserves something else to get her mind off everything that's happened.” Nelle said. “Definitely.” Aria said. “Anyone have any ideas?” Kristina asked. Alison suddenly spoke up. “I think I have one.” She said smirking. “What is it Ali?” Kiki asked curiously. “I say we throw Spencer and Toby a little engagement party.” Ali said. “Ali that's brilliant!” Nelle said happily. “That is a wonderful idea Ali.” Kiki said and the others agreed. “Thank you.” Ali smiled. “They could definitely use this distraction, plus we haven't really had the team to celebrate their engagement officially because then everything happened.” Serena said. “Yeah they really need this.” Kristina said. “Okay so where should we have it?” Aria asked. “I know Carly would let us have it here, I'll run it by her later.” Nelle said and everyone nodded. “Okay so should we tell Toby or completely surprise them both?” Kiki asked. Kiki asked.
“I think it would be better if we tell Toby because that way he would be able to get Spencer here easier than we would.” Serena said and everyone nodded. “Hey Em would you mind talking to Toby?” Nelle asked her from across the room. “Yeah absolutely.” Emily responded from over at the bar.
“Okay so now Nelle you just have to run things by Carly and we will take care of the rest.” Ali said smiling and everyone nodded.

With Spoby at their house

“You know Tobes I'm really proud of you.”

Spencer said smiling at him and he turned around to look at her. “Spence it's just a house.” He said and she walked closer to him and shook her head. “No, this is our house Toby and you have done an incredible job putting it together for us.”
She said wrapping her arms around him.
“Well thank you for that, but I've had a little help, more specifically from my beautiful fiancé.” Toby said smiling at her and she smiled back at him. “Well you're welcome, fiancé. It's hard to believe we'll be able to officially move in before too long.” Spencer said and Toby nodded. “Yeah it's crazy isn't it?” He asked and she nodded. “Yeah, but it's good crazy, and then pretty soon after we get settled in here we can finally start trying for a baby.” Spencer said smiling at Toby smiled back at her. “I like the sound of that.” He said happily. “When you picture our future, what do you see? Like do you see us having a son or a daughter?” Spencer asked curiously. “Well I would love a little mini Spencer running around but a son would be wonderful too.” Toby said smiling and Spencer smiled back. “That's exactly what I was thinking.” She said happily and Toby smiled at her and then he passionately kissed her and she immediately kissed him back and it turned into a pretty hot makeout
session, until Spencer reluctantly pulled away and Toby frowned. “Okay slow down there goofball, we should probably get back to work.” Spencer said before walking away from him and he sighed but smiled to himself watching his beautiful fiancé walk away and he was more than ready for their future in this house.
