Chapter One Hundred and Eighty One

Two Weeks Later

At Jason and Sam's Penthouse

"Well, we're home." Jason said as he opened the door to the Penthouse. "Yup, we're home." Sam said as she walked inside holding Phoenix, Danny and Emily Scout followed Jason inside. "Are you two happy to be home?" Jason asked Danny and Emily who nodded. "Yeah, but that was a great vacation though!" Danny said. "Yes it was." Jason said. "And I'm sure that you both liked getting all that extra time with Spence and Toby." Sam said. "Yeah!" Emily said happily and Sam smiled at her. "I miss them already though, and Marion." Danny said, sadly. "I know. But you'll see them soon. You know that." Sam said and Danny nodded. "Yeah." He said. "I'm glad you know that. They love you, and I'm sure you can plan another sleepover with them at their house soon." Jason said and Danny nodded. "Your dad's right." Sam said and Jason smiled softly at her. "You know I'm sure that Sonny and Carly will want to see us at any moment now." Sam said as she looked back over at Jason and he nodded. "I'm sure they will. We'll unpack first, then I'll call them." He said and Sam nodded.

"Welcome home!" Brooklyn said happily as she walked downstairs to greet them. "Brooklyn!" Emily Scout said happily as she ran over to hug her, Sam smiled softly to herself as she watched them hug. "Hi Emily!" She said as she kept hugging her. "I missed you." Emily said as she looked up at her. "I missed you too." Brooklyn said as she smiled at her before looking at Jason and Sam. "How was the vacation?" She asked them as she stood up. "It was great. Just the break that we all needed." Sam said and Jason nodded. "I'm glad that you all had a great time. I got a couple of texts from Spence and some photos." Brooklyn said. "Yeah, we all had a really great time." Sam said. "Yes we did." Jason said. "You guys want my help unpacking?" Brooklyn said. "Don't be silly, we've got it. Thank you though." Jason said. "But you can take Phoenix and put her upstairs, she slept the whole ride back here in the car. She didn't get much sleep on the plane, we we're hoping she'd be able to nap then, but that wasn't the case." Sam said and Brooklyn nodded. "Of course, I'll take her." She said before taking her into her arms and she took her upstairs. "Okay, we should probably start to unpack." Sam said and Jason nodded in agreement. "Yeah we probably should go and get that over with. You guys should come upstairs too." He said and Danny and Emily nodded and then they all went upstairs to get their stuff unpacked.

At Spoby's House

"It is good to be home." Spencer said as she walked into the living room. "Agreed. It was definitely a great vacation, but it's good to be home." Toby said as he carried Marion inside and then he set her down in her ball pit. Maggie ran right inside behind him and laid on the floor by the couch. "Maggie is happy to be home too." Spencer said. "Yeah. I mean I knew that she was going to be excited to see us when we picked her up from The Quartermaine's, but she was even more excited than I was expecting." Toby said and Spencer laughed softly. "Yeah, she definitely missed us. Like we missed her." She said and Toby nodded. "We certainly did." He said as he smiled softly at Maggie who was happily chewing on one of her chew toys. "So, what should we do first since we're back at home?" Spencer asked him. "Well, I think that we should probably go ahead and get the unpacking out of the way." Toby said. "Yeah, I don't disagree with that." Spencer said. "But first, I really need to do something." Toby said before wrapping his arms around her, kissing her. Spencer smiled into the kiss and kissed him back, until her phone started to ring. "Of course. I knew that was going to happen as soon as we got back." Toby said as Spencer sighed and reluctantly removed her arms from around him.

"It's Hanna." Spencer said after she pulled her cellphone out of her purse. "Go ahead, answer it." Toby said and Spencer nodded before answering the call and putting the phone up to her ear.
