Chapter One Hundred and Twelve

Two Days Later

At Spoby's House

In Their Bedroom

Spencer was still sleeping with her head resting on Toby's chest, while he was wide awake just snoring her beauty and she slept peacefully, and then finally after what felt like an eternity she grabbed his hand in her sleep and squeezed it gently and he smiled softly and squeezed her hand in response and she smiled in her sleep before opening her eyes and she looked up at him and smiled and he smiled back at her.

"Good morning Mrs. Cavanaugh." Toby said happily. "Good morning Mr. Cavanaugh." Spencer said happily before kissing him passionately and he kissed her back and when they had to break apart for air she smiled at him. "Happy Anniversary my love." Toby said smiling back at her. "I wanted to say that first." She said and laughed softly before kissing her forehead. "Can you believe that it's already been a year since we got married?" Toby asked her and she shook her head. "No, the year seemed to fly by didn't it? It feels like we've been married for much longer, but it also feels like just yesterday." Spencer said and they both laughed. "Yeah I know, and now we have our beautiful baby girl." Toby said smiling at her. "Yeah we do, and I wouldn't want it any other way." Spencer said smiling back at him. 

"Me either." Toby said before kissing her passionately and Spencer wrapped her arms around him and kissed him back, until they were interrupted by the sound of Marion crying. "That's her hungry cry, I'll be right back." Toby said and Spencer nodded and he kissed her forehead gently before leaving the room and
going to make Marion a bottle and Spencer smiled softly to herself and then she looked at Maggie who was curled up in a ball at the end of the bed.

A Few Minutes Later

In Marion's Nursery

Toby was sitting in the rocking chair feeding Marion her bottle.

"That's my baby girl." He said smiling softly at her as she drank her bottle. "You know that your Mommy and I love you very much." He whispered to her. "I promise you that I will not let anything bad happen to you, daddy loves you and I promise to always protect you." He said before kissing her forehead.

At Jason and Sam's Penthouse

"You know as much as I love our risky jobs and the exciting moments and stuff, I also live for moments like this right now." Sam said as she looked up at Jason, her head was lying on his chest and they were lying on the couch, and Jason's hand tasted on Sam's baby bump.

"Yeah I know what you mean, I love moments with you like this too, times where it's just us." Jason said before kissing her forehead. "Yeah, well just us until Danny and Scout wake up." Sam said. "Yeah." Jason said. "And tonight it's definitely going to be a full house, with us, Danny and Scout, plus Marion and Maggie." Sam said. "Yeah, I wouldn't want it any other way though." Jason said. "I agree, plus Spencer and Toby need this time alone together, and I know that Toby's been having a hard time since Daniel showed up at the Nurse's Ball." Sam said. "Yeah I know, I mean the guy has some nerve, we are the ones that have been there for Toby the last eight years, not him." Jason said. "Yeah I know, I'm just glad that he has Spencer, and they need this time tonight, gosh it feels like yesterday they got married and now it's been a year." Sam said. "I know, and now we have a beautiful granddaughter." Jason said smiling at her and she smiled back at him. "Yeah, and you know that Danny is going to be happy to have Maggie here." Sam said and Jason laughed. "Oh definitely, and then we're going to get that question from him again." He said and she nodded. "You know eventually we're going to have to get a dog." She said. "Maybe, but right now I think we're getting away with it." Jason said smirking at her and she smiled up at him before kissing him and he kissed her back.
