Spencer was upstairs with Emily Scout and Toby walked downstairs and over to Jason and Sam who were cuddling on the couch.

"Jason, Sam, there's something I need to ask you."

Now

At Jason and Sam's penthouse

"Sure Toby, what's up?" Jason asked.
"Well I have been thinking about this alot lately and I wanted to get your permission of course before I do anything." Toby said.
"Toby, are you asking what I think you're asking?" Sam asked and Toby nodded.
"I want to marry Spence, with your permission of course." Toby Smiled and so did Jason and Sam. "Toby you didn't even need to ask but we appreciate that you did." Jason said. "Of course you can marry Spence." Sam said smiling and Toby smiled back. "Thank you so much, I will always take care of her." Toby said. "You already have and we can't thank you enough for that Toby." Jason said. "Thank you for being her safe place to land Toby." Sam said. "It's my pleasure, she is my everything." Toby smiled.
Just then Spencer walked downstairs and Toby Smiled at her and she looked at him curiously. "What?" She smiled back at him.
"Nothing, I'm just admiring the my beautiful girlfriend." Toby said walking over and wrapping his arms around her. "Oh okay, well in that case, keep admiring, boyfriend." Spencer said as she planted her lips on his.

The next day

In Spoby's bedroom

While Spencer was upstairs in the living room going through case files with Sam, Toby was nervously pacing around their bedroom hoping and praying that everything goes well tonight, of course that all depends on Spencer.
Finally after Toby gave himself a little pep talk he stopped pacing and got out his cell phone to start putting his plan together, of course he needed a little help to distract Spencer for the day so he called one person he knew was perfect for the job, Alison.

"Hey Toby, what's up?"

"Hey Ali, I'm not bothering you at work am I?"

"No not at all, I'm at home right now, I'm actually working the night shift tonight, what's up?"

"I was wondering if you could help me with something, I need you to distract Spence for the afternoon."

"Sure, but why if you don't mind me asking?"

"I knew you were going to ask me that, anyway I'm going to propose to her tonight."

"Oh my gosh Toby that's amazing! It's about time!"

"Yeah I know, anyway so you'll distract Spence for me? And you won't say anything?"

"Of course I'll help you and of course I won't, my lips are sealed you know me I know how to keep secrets, you picked the right person, especially since you didn't pick Hanna because you know she would've blabbed the truth to Spence."

"Yeah she definitely would've, thanks Ali."

"No problem. Bye Toby."

"Bye Ali."

Okay now that was out of the way,
He could go upstairs and see his beautiful girlfriend and hopefully by the end of tonight,his beautiful fiancé.

In the living room

"Okay so we still need to figure out who the heck Valentin has been calling." Sam said with determination in her voice. "And we will mom, Spinelli is on it and if anyone can find out who's number it is it's Spinelli." Spencer said and Sam nodded.
