IT'S OCTOBER NOW

Like the 3rd of October

A Few Days Later

At Spoby's House

Spencer was sitting on the couch next to Toby and she looked at Marion was lying on Toby's chest chewing on one of her teething toys and Maggie was curled up in a ball on the floor by Toby's feet.

"These are definitely my favorite moments, just being here like this with you and our little princess." Spencer said smiling at Toby and he smiled back at her. "I know, they're mine too, and it's like whenever I'm home with you I can just forget about whatever crap might be going on in the outside world right now." He said. "We don't have to talk about who I know that you're talking about, we can just focus on this moment, right here." Spencer said smiling softly at him before kissing him and he kissed her back and then she rested her forehead gently against his and he smiled at her. "Thank you, I needed that." Toby said. "Me too." Spencer said smiling at him. "I've been thinking a lot lately, and I just want to say, and I know that I have told you these exact words probably about one hundred times but I'm going to tell you again anyway. I really wouldn't be here without you, you and Marion are one hundred percent the reasons I wake up in the morning and I love you both so much." Toby said smiling at her and Spencer was trying her hardest not to start crying right there in that moment. "You definitely have, but it doesn't hurt heating it again, because I feel exactly the same way." She said before kissing him again and he kissed her back, and then Toby's phone started ringing. "Okay honestly I thought Marion would've been the one to interrupt us." Spencer said laughing softly. "Well she's busy I don't think she really cared." Toby said looking down at their daughter who was still focused on her teething toy. "Yeah you're right." Spencer said before kissing Marion's forehead. "You should answer that." She told him. "First of all I'm going to see who it is." Toby said before looking at the caller ID. "It's Em." He said and Spencer looked at him. "Answer it." She said and he nodded before answering the phone.

"Hey Em, is everything okay?"

"I'm just a little bit nervous and worried..... can you and Spence come to GH?"

"Em what's wrong? Is it your mom?"

"Yeah... she went into labor."

"What? But the c section isn't scheduled for another two weeks, what happened?"

"I know... I'm not exactly sure what happened, but I do know that Jason and Sam were with her when it happened, I was upstairs with Avery."

"Jason and Sam were there?"

"Yeah, they came to check on her, I'm just glad that they were there."

"Yeah it's good that they were there, so they're prepping her for the C section now?"

"Soon."

"Is Sonny there?"

"Yeah he got here a few minutes ago, thankfully."

"Okay good, yeah well be there soon."

"Okay, are you sure?"

"Em, we'll be there."

"Thanks."

"No need to thank us, you're family."

"We feel the same way about you, we'll see you when you get here."

"Yeah, bye Em, everything's going to be okay"

"I really hope you're right about that."

"I am, trust me."
