A Week Later

At Spoby's House

"Hey, I figured you'd be down here." Toby said as he walked downstairs to Spencer who was sitting on the couch busy typing away on her laptop, but she did look up at him as he sat next to her. "Yeah, I wanted to get a head start into continuing my search for information on Linc that could help Brooklyn get out of her contract." Spencer explained to him.

"I understand that, you know I'm amazed that you managed to get out of bed without waking me, seriously though how do you do that?" He asked her and she laughed. "Honestly I don't know." She said and he laughed before kissing her forehead. "So have you found anything yet?" He asked her. "No, but I'm going to keep looking." Spencer said. "I expect nothing less." Toby said as he smiled softly at her. "Thanks, now how's our little princess doing?" Spencer asked him curiously. "Oh she's good, still asleep actually which is surprising, but what's not surprising is that as soon as I got out of bed, guess who ran into the nursery to lay on the floor by the crib?" Toby said. "Maggs." Spencer said smiling and Toby nodded. "Yup." He said. "Seriously what would we do without her?" Spencer said. "I don't know, but we definitely got lucky with her, okay you can get back to your work and I'll go make us some breakfast before Marion wakes up." Toby said before kissing her forehead and then he stood up from the couch. "Thank you, husband." Spencer said as she smiled softly at him and he smiled back at her before heading into the kitchen and Spencer blushed to herself before turning her attention back to her laptop.

At Jason and Sam's Penthouse

"Good morning to my beautiful wife." Jason said as she walked downstairs to Sam who was on the couch, she was focused on the various case papers laying on the coffee table, but when he sat down next to her she looked up for a minute and smiled at him. "Good morning my handsome husband." She said before giving him a kiss. "You're getting an early start on work I see." Jason said and she nodded. "Yeah, I just wanted to dive Right in after checking on Phoenix, who is still fast asleep by the way." Sam said. "That's good, I guess Brooklyn's still asleep too?" Jason asked and Sam nodded. "I think so, I haven't seen her this morning." She said and Jason nodded. "I kinda figured that, I know she's been anxious to get out of that deal with her producer." Jason said. "Yeah and hopefully Spence can help her with that." Sam said. "Yeah I hope so too." Jason said.

"So, have you heard anything about who sabotaged the coffee truck?" Sam asked him. "No, but I called in some reinforcements." Jason said and just then there was a knock at the door and he got off the couch and went over to answer it and there at the door stood Spinelli. "The Jackal is at your service Stone Cold." He said as he gave Jason a soft smile. "It's good to see you Spinelli, thank you for coming." Jason said, giving him a soft smile.

"Spinelli!" Sam said happily as she went over to give him a hug. "Hi Fair Samantha." Spinelli said happily as he returned the hug. "We're both glad that you're here to help us out." Jason said. "As am I, but I also have some news to share with you." Spinelli said and Jason and Sam both looked at him curiously, wondering what his news could be.

At Sonny and Carly's House

"So, I'm guessing that you still haven't heard anything from the person who torched the coffee truck?" Carly asked and Sonny shook his head. "No we haven't, but we're still working on it, and if I'm not mistaken, I think Jason called Spinelli to see if he can find any information for us." He said and Carly nodded. "Well I hope that you can find whoever did it soon before they do anything else." Carly said. "That's the plan." Sonny said before leaning in to kiss her forehead, and then came the sound of Donna crying from upstairs. "I'll go get her." Carly said before giving him a quick kiss and then she got off the couch and headed upstairs to check on Donna, leaving Sonny alone on the couch to think about things, he hopes to find whoever torched the coffee truck before they do anymore damage, and he'll do whatever he can to make sure that he stops whoever it is before they can do anything else, especially to his family.
