We found a Starbucks not too far from our hotel, which is great. We even managed to get a table big enough for us all. I was sat between Eddie and Susan, with Danny opposite me and Zach was next to him. Which is a relief because whenever Zach sits opposite me I find it difficult not to laugh. Brent was getting all the drinks, with the help of Brian; who we hadn’t seen much of this tour.

“Hi Brian, we haven’t really had a chance to say hi. But, yeah. Hi” I announced when they returned to the table.

“Hey, nice to meet you both. Hope you are giving your boys hell.” He laughed, shaking mine and Susan’s hand.

“Is there any other way?” Susan questioned, smiling at Brent. Sometimes those two are too cute. I suddenly realised that Susan was leaving him for a month soon, how she could do it I don’t know. I can’t bear to think about leaving Ryan.

“Any plans for tomorrow?” I asked everyone.

“No.” “Not really.” I just nodded at them all. Susan and Brent will go on a date and it will be beautiful and romantic. They don’t know it yet, but it will be.

“Ryan was really happy this morning.” Eddie told me.

“He was indeed.” I replied.

“Any reason why?” He questioned.

“Not one I know of.”

“Right. Just wondering.” Eddie explained vaguely.

“Maybe it was the Disney marathon.” I suggested.

“That is a very real possibility.” Eddie smiled. I took a sip of my hot chocolate, taking a minute to accept this is my life. Sometimes it is so unreal.

“A walk?” Zach proposed after everyone had finished.

“I’m going back to the hotel. See you at the show!” I informed them, giving them a wave as we parted ways. It was good for Susan to spend some time with them, and I was in one of my musical moods. I was going to play some of my favourite songs and ponder the meaning of life. And it’s very possible I’ll end up in tears at some point.

When I walked back into the room I noticed Ryan had moved. I couldn’t see him. “Ry, I’m back.” I called out.

“Ok!” He ran in from the kitchen and pulled me into a hug. He was happy.

“Finished writing?” I asked, giving him a kiss.

“For now. Any plans?”

“Honestly, listen to music, maybe cry, and think about how crazy my life is now.” I laughed.
