"Wh-What was that?!" Asked Caesar as he took a step away from your form.

"Yeah, I can control my blood. I probably should've told you about this sooner."

Joseph glanced at Caesar from his position, "And she's not exactly human. Ya know...just so you don't freak out when you find out later."

Of course, the Pillar Men heard the conversation. They could tell you were not a zombie or vampire and you certainly weren't a Pillar Woman. It did seem odd to them that humans would team up with a different species. They had trouble enough trusting their own kind. They glanced to the blonde man you had pulled out of harm's way

"The Hamon tribe." Kars' melodious voice drifted through the room.

Esidisi continued the thought, "We thought we had put an end to you people two thousand years ago...To think you would be awaiting the end of our sleep here in Rome."

Caesar's mind still hadn't fully processed the info he learned about you. He cleared his head, it didn't matter what you were as long as you were on the same side. He glared at the Pillar Men, "You think you can beat me with an attack like that?!" The Pillar Men chuckled, clearly amused with Caesar's response. "Wh-What's so damn funny?!"

Wamuu answered, "You people of the Hamon tribe always spout the same platitudes. Both two thousand years ago when we crossed the seas from Mexico in the far west, and now. That's why we laugh. You would've sustained worse injuries if not for the woman, and as I understand it, she isn't even a Hamon user."

Caesar seemed to unconsciously push you behind him, he wasn't keen of the attention the Pillar Men seemed to be giving you, "Y-You monsters!"

Kars spoke to his fellow men of the pillar, "Let us leave now. For the red stone of Aja!" He glanced at you again before turning to continue up the stairs.

"Get back here!" Shouted Caesar, stepping towards them before jumping to attack, "Stop trying to run away!"

Wamuu quickly turned around and jabbed his fingers into Caesar's neck. You weren't quick enough to pull him away in time. You cursed silently, pulling him away now could rip his throat open.

Wamuu kept Caesar suspended in air with only two fingers, "Your weak points are your throat and lungs. We know you cannot use Hamon if you cannot breathe. Now I'll say what I've always said. Come and face me again when you are stronger, boy. And when that time comes, I shall admire your strength...And crush you till you breathe no more."

He flung the Zeppeli into a nearby pillar and his body made contact with a thud. You began to move towards the blonde man, to see if he was okay, then Wamuu spoke oncemore, "Stop, woman." You froze in place, your eyes moving to meet his. "Why do you associate yourself with these humans? Surely you will outlast them for many of their lifetimes." He tilted his head slightly, genuinely curious of your response.

"I enjoy their company, I guess. Who else would I even spend time with?"

Wamuu nodded with his chin resting between his thumb and forefinger. "I have always had my Masters there for me. I would not know what such loneliness feels like." He extended an arm towards you. "Would you like to accompany me. We will surely live much longer than them." He quickly turned around to face his masters, "If this is okay with you, Lord Kars."

Kars had a semblance of a smirk on his face, "I see no problem with it. Do what you will."

Wamuu turned back to you, he seemed almost excited. You eyes darted across the room. Sure, he hadn't stated anything bad would happen if you declined, but you didn't like that possibility. You were sure that Wamuu alone would be enough to kill all of your friends.
