Wamuu still held you tightly against his form. He was staring down at the bloodied Joestar and your blood was trying to help you remove yourself from the Pillar Man's hold. Your efforts came to no real avail and any wounds you made to him healed quickly.

"The time is up on the 'blood clock'. You have a zero percent chance of survival. There can be no more 'plans'. But tell me this. Why do you maintain that fearless expression?" Asked Wamuu to Joseph.

"You want to know? You really want to know?"

Wamuu buried your face into his chest to cover your eyes while one of his hands moved towards Joseph, "No, I've changed my mind. I shall kill you now."

"If only I had a month! Then I could become strong enough to defeat you."

He brought his hand back, "What was that?"

Getting what the Joestar was going for, you spoke as well, despite being slightly muffled by Wamuu's chest, you could still be heard, "Indeed, he hasn't even trained in Hamon before. If he put in any effort, imagine how much stronger he could get!"

Joseph made an x with his arms, "Eh, don't worry about it (Y/N). Just let him end me quickly. It's truly an honor to have such a powerful, magnificent warrior take my life. I am sure you'll make the perfect bride for him."

Wamuu looked at Joseph wearily, "Continue."

Joseph closer his eyes, "Oh, my speech is faltering...make it painless Wamuu. I can't bare for my love to see me like this."

Wamuu was angry now, "I told you to continue!"

Caesar ran behind a pillar to watch the scene. He was glad to see JoJo was okay, but wasn't sure how you had managed to get where you were.

Joseph shrugged on the floor, "You'll have to live the rest of your long life knowing a mere human managed to scar your face. I think the only way you can regain your self respect is to beat me fair and square after I've had a chance to train."

"What? Enough bluffing, one called JoJo."

You pressed your hands lightly on Wamuu's chest and looked off into the distance, somberly, "It's true, he's still new to fighting."

Joseph nodded along, "Even If I were to train for only for a month, I know I have the talent to beat you. Remember, that five centimeter gash on your forehead is the work of this piece of shit-the first in history to flaw your perfect face! But of course it'd be a lot easier to just kill me now before I become that strong!"

Wamuu's grip on you tightened immensely and you could feel how angry he was. He brought a hand to his temple as he spoke, "Why you...?!"

"Wamuu." You looked to see that it was Esidisi who spoke. At some point he had showed up. Kars seemed to be watching the ordeal from above.

"Master Esidisi."

"His minute is up. Why do you not finish him?" He walked closer to you and Wamuu.

"Master Esidisi, much like this woman, I have grown fond of the Hamon wielder. One called, JoJo! I shall take you up on your offer. Very well! If you say you can become stronger within a month, then I shall grant you one month to live."

"You won't kill me?"

"That's right."

"We'll fight again?"

"That's right."

"Don't. You'll regret it if you don't kill me now!"

Your body relaxed in Wamuu's hold, relieved that Joseph would be safe for now. Then Wamuu spoke again, "However..." and you immediately tensed up once more. "So that you do not simply run away, we shall perform a ritual." In one hand he now held a ring.
