"If I were to be in a car accident, hit by a baseball, or even to trip and fall, Mr. Joestar... your body would suffer far greater damage than mine." Explained Steely Dan. He then cracked his knuckles.

The finger's on Joseph's left hand wriggled around crazily, "I-I can even feel pain in my artificial hand..."

Dan continued speaking, "And in ten minutes, your brain will be eaten through, and you will die like Enya." He gave a thumbs down.

Jotaro gripped the man by the front of his shirt, his own fist as well as his Stand's were ready to pummel the guy into the dirt. Kakyoin put an arm in between the two of them, "Jotaro, calm down! Don't do anything stupid."

Jotaro put his Stand away but didn't let go, "No, I'm going to kill him so quickly, he won't have a moment to feel pain."

You rushed over to the Kujo and put your hands around his wrist. "JoJo, stop, please."

Joseph sounded as though he was being strangled. Jotaro begrudgingly let go. His grandpa then coughed loudly and gasped for air. Caesar stayed next to his friend, patting his back to encourage air flow.

Steely Dan adjusted his collar, "Without a moment to feel pain, huh... that's a great idea. Let's see you try it, Jotaro. It sounds fascinating. What were you planning to destroy? Come on! My face? My throat?" You could feel the pure hatred radiating from Jotaro's body. If this man continued egging him on, the high schooler might actually try out his plan.

"Come on, what's wrong? Just try it! Let's just see what happens! How about busting a hole through my chest?" Dan tugged at the edges of his shirt's button placket, exposing his torso more. He took a few steps away from your group, "Or how about you give up on using your Stand, and crack my head open with a rock? Here, I'll even get the rock for you." He reached down, grabbing a rather large stone. "Is this one big enough?"

Jotaro grabbed Dan by the collar again, "You don't want to underestimate me. When I say I'm going to do something, I do it." He brought out Star Platinum but Hierophant Green grabbed the purple arm before it could punch the guy.

You pushed yourself between Jotaro and the enemy, "Don't do anything rash, JoJo. We're not going to just let this guy off scott free. I want this guy to die as much as you do. We will beat him, we just need to plan this properly. Don't kill Joseph just because you want Dan to die. We don't need another Avdol incident." Jotaro's angry gaze faltered slightly as he looked at you instead of his enemy.

Steely Dan maintained a smile on his face, "You aren't taking me seriously." He whacked Jotaro's shoulder with the rock and the Kujo slowly let go of Dan's collar, "Oh...?" He then swung the rock into Jotaro's gut making him cough up blood.

"JoJo!" You shouted as he collapsed to his knees. You grabbed his arm, and tried your best to pull him back up to his feet.

"Don't underestimate me, you bastard. After the geezer Joestar dies, next it'll be..." Jotaro shoved you aside as Dan swung a rock at his head. The Kujo did his best to block the attack with just his arm, but collapsed into the dirt road anyway. "...your brain that I send The Lovers into and kill!" You scrambled next to Jotaro's side as Steely let the rock fall to the ground.

Caesar looked up at Dan, "W-What the hell are you doing?!" Steely laughed maniacally as Jotaro bared with the pain. Joseph exchanged a glance with Caesar and they nodded before taking off. Kakyoin and Polnareff were quick to follow.

Kakyoin turned around, shouting while running, "Jotaro! (Y/N)! Keep him away from Mr. Joestar! We're going to get as far away from him as possible!" You nodded, accepting the order.

Dan tapped his temple with his finger, "Oh, I see... So you think that if you move far enough away, my Stand's power will disappear? But one's weakness can also be one's strength. My Stand, The Lovers, may be weak, but once it is within a body, I can control it from a distance far greater than any other Stand." Jotaro stood up with you doing the same. He kept his eyes locked on you instead of letting them trail over to Steely Dan.

Dan grabbed the Kujo's collar, "Hey, Jotaro! I'm talking to you! What are you looking away so calmly for? Look at me!" Your hands twitched slightly. For all your talk to Jotaro about not making rash decisions it was really taking a lot of your will power to not hit this man.

Jotaro looked at the enemy from the corner of his eye, "You sound like you're starting to lose your cool."

"Do you plan to follow me until Joseph dies?"

"Dan, was it?" Asked Jotaro. "I will definitely make you pay for this."

Dan let go of Jotaro's collar and his arm made its way around your waist again, your eye twitched in annoyance, "If that's why you're following me, maybe I should borrow a little more. (Y/N), why don't you take out his wallet for me. Oh, and his watch too."

You gave Jotaro an apologetic look as you rummaged through his pockets. You made a mental note to pay him back for everything he lost, or at least force Dan to later. Finding his wallet, you took it out and handed it to Dan along with the time telling device. He flipped it open, showing a few pink bills inside, "Is this all you have? I see that your watch, audaciously enough, is a TAG Heuer... I'll be borrowing this."

The hand resting on your hip lowered a bit, noticing your glare he gave an innocent look, "My, what seems to be the problem, (Y/N)?" You adverted your glare to the ground and he laughed. He then started walking with you being practically dragged along. Jotaro trailed behind the two of you.

Dan stopped at a small man made stream of sorts, "I could jump across this ditch, but if I were to trip and twist my ankle, it could be dangerous. It'd be a pain to go all the way to that bridge over there. Hey, Jotaro. Lie down across this ditch and make yourself into a bridge. I'll walk over it on you. And of course (Y/N) will do the same, isn't that right?"

You laughed awkwardly, trying to keep your tone at least somewhat polite, "Um, Dan, the real bridge isn't really all that far. Or my Stand could just carry you across, if you really don't want to walk that much."

He smiled at you, "I appreciate the thought, really, I do. But I'll have to decline your oh so sweet offer." The hand of his not resting on your derrière wrapped around your wrist, moving your hand to graze over the skin on his chest, inviting you to unbutton the rest of his shirt, "If you're really so keen on keeping me from using Jotaro, I could have you do something else for me instead. Though I'm not sure what the old geezer would feel. I haven't really tested how well things other than pain can transfer."

You wondered if he'd actually go through with something like that. Hadn't the user of Yellow Temperance said they weren't supposed to make any sexual advances? Ah, right, supposed to. If they weren't caught by the vampire himself, then why would anything bad happen to them? But why would they potentially risk their lives for something like that? It just seemed stupid.

Jotaro crouched down at the edge of the ditch and Dan pulled away from you. He looked down on the Kujo, "Come on, hurry up." The high school student grit his teeth and placed his hands on the other side of the ditch. The corner of Dan's smirk rose, "Good." He slowly stepped onto Jotaro's back. He folded his arms and rocked back and forth while Standing on one leg, "You're a rather sturdy bridge, aren't you? C'mon, (Y/N), join me on the bridge." He extended a hand towards you which you begrudgingly took as you joined him on top of Jotaro. He shifted his gaze away from you, feigning the nervous look of a school girl speaking to their crush, "Hey, what if we kissed on Jotaro bridge?"

He started to lean in but immediately pulled back, cackling. He jumped off Jotaro and purposefully stomped down on his hand. You were careful to avoid that very thing as you got off his back. You crouched down after, offering the Kujo a hand to help him up, "I'm sorry about all this, JoJo..."

"Hey! I never said you could help Jotaro!" Dan lifted one of his legs off the ground, threatening to kick a nearby stone if you refused to listen.

You took a moment to calm yourself before dusting some dirt off your clothes and turning to face Dan. You gave a quite obviously fake smile, "Right, of course."

The moment you stood up, you were pulled to Steely Dan's side once again. "You made a nice bridge, Jotaro." He turned around and started walking. He hummed to himself, obviously confident that things would continue going his way. Jotaro silently got back up to his feet, drilling metaphorical hole's into the man's head while doing so. Neither of you could wait to cause this man's demise.
