It Ain't Worth That Much

As you and Jotaro walked down the street, you spotted the others heading in your direction. Excited to see them again, you immediately ran towards them. They seemed a bit tired and worn out, but that was to be expected.

Kakyoin put a hand on your shoulder looking you up and down, "That man didn't try to do anything to you, right?"

You scratched your cheek, "Well, he did sort of threaten to do some things, but thankfully it never really got too far. But Kakyoin, you did a great job in this fight. I'm always impressed by how quickly you find solutions to our problems. It's great to have you on the team."

He sheepishly rubbed the back of his neck, "Thanks, (Y/N). But, I have a small request. I would like you to call me by my first name like you do with everyone else."

"Of course I can do that, Noriaki!" You smiled brightly at him, "Wouldn't want you feeling left out!"

"Really?" He questioned and you nodded. "Then I have another request, as it seems to me like everyone else has done this already. Could I give you a kiss?"

Jotaro had finally caught up and joined in with the others who were staring at you, waiting for your response. Your smile widened, "Well, since you asked so nicely, I don't see why not." There were a few gasps from behind you as Kakyoin leaned in and gave you a rather short kiss on the lips. It was with a calm gentleness that you hadn't felt in a long time. He then pulled back and gazed into your eyes lovingly while adjusting a stray strand of your hair.

Polnareff interrupted the rather sweet moment by moving in between the two of you and pushing you away from each other, "Okay, okay. That's enough of that."

Joseph looked at his grandson, "So, Jotaro, is Steely Dan taken care of?"

Jotaro nodded, "Yeah. (Y/N), did some weird blood thing to torture him for a bit and then I used my Stand to beat him to a pulp."

Joseph wiped an imaginary tear from his eyes, "Ah, I remember the days when controlling blood was one of the weirder things in my life. I just wish she'd stop hurting herself to use it."

Kakyoin gave an awkward laugh as he looked away from the others, fidgeting a bit with the sleeves of his uniform. "Well, um, I suppose we should be hurrying to the next destination."

You sighed, "What do I need to arrange this time?

Joseph laughed while waving away your annoyance, "Don't worry, (Y/N). I already made the arrangements for a small boat. Just a short ride across the Arabian Sea to the United Arab Emirates."

While on the boat, the others recounted their side of the battle. You leaned forward, "You're telling me that you shrunk your stands and went into Joseph's brain?" They all nodded. "Wow, I didn't know Stands could do that. Can I see?"

Kakyoin scratched the back of his head, "Well sure, I don't see why not. It takes more effort though." He brought out Hierophant Green and then shrank it down, having it stand on the palm of your hand. "Emerald Splash!" The Stand shot a bunch of tiny green pebbles at the wall of the boat, barely making an indentation, but looking cute while doing so.

The rest of the ride went smoothly, which was quite surprising when compared to what happened with most of the other means of transportation. Once off the boat, you headed inside a building that seemed to have been built using only windows. This was so Joseph could purchase a car.

You were sitting on a couch next to Polnareff. He leaned forward while holding your hands, "Man... if you asked me to, I might even buy you a car." He winked while making a finger gun. "I mean, I know you wouldn't need me to buy you one, but it's the thought that counts, right?"
