You felt a pain in your chest. And you thought to yourself, that's not supposed to happen. In front of you was Loggins, who had a rather shocked expression on his face. You could hear the sound of something clacking on the ground, it was likely the vial. You slowly looked down at yourself to see a leg sticking through your torso. Your lungs had been obliterated, but for you, breathing was only a habit and not necessary. It was pretty lucky that the leg hadn't reached Loggins.

"Hmm, that little ability of yours is quite a nuisance, (Y/N)." You recognized the voice as Esidisi's. He placed a hand on your shoulder as he pulled his leg out. The moment he did so, your body was beginning to reform itself. "I'm sure you realize that you weren't my intended target. Why not just let me kill the Hamon user? "

You would have responded, but you couldn't speak with no breath to exhale. Your body was still upright, though and you turned around to face the Pillar Man only to see he was gone. You then felt the sudden force of a person colliding with your back. You were flung into the nearby spikes, several of them going through your limbs and one finding its way through your throat making you cough up a bit of blood.

Loggins was the one who had been flung into you. His body had not gone into the spikes, but he had a hole of his own through his torso. You let out a gargle of sorts as you pulled yourself off of the spikes. Esidisi walked along the spikes, not caring that they stabbed through his feet.

"I didn't really care for your answer. I could already assume what it would be." He continued moving closer as you kept pulling your limbs off the spikes. Esidisi decide to lift you off of them by pulling you up by your scarf. "Little Wamuu misses you, you know? It would make him very happy if you decided to show up early. I'm only here for the Stone, but perhaps I could bring you as well."

He then stuck his arm through the hole in your torso, wiggling his fingers on the other side. "If I remember correctly, you can still feel pain. It's rather impressive that you can remain conscious with a wound such as this."

You coughed out some blood as your hands grabbed onto his forearm near the elbow. "Eh, I've had worse." You had the blood in your torso sharpen and move down on Esidisi's arm, similar to a guillotine. It barely cut into his tough skin, without Hamon it would be difficult to wound him. He dropped you as he pulled his arm out.

Instead of being pierced by the spikes again, you had some of your blood create a covering on the bottom of your boots. This allowed you to safely travel across them. In the distance, you could see Joseph walking towards the area, he hadn't noticed you and Esidisi yet.

You had to warn him, "Joseph! Get-" And then your head was sliced off. The Joestar looked in your direction at the sound of your voice. The sight of your body slumping over and your severed head being held by Esidisi was truly horrifying.

"That was punishment for attempting to hurt me. I suppose I should kill your companion named JoJo to truly drill into your head that you shouldn't be fighting against us." He poked your cheek with the hand that wasn't gripping your head, "Wamuu might be upset that I killed the person he was so excited to fight. You'll make a decent sorry gift."

Your body climbed out of the spike pit to move next to Joseph. Your head dissipated from Esidisi's grip and reformed along your neck stump. You took a deep breath, "Joseph, he got Loggins."

He puffed out his cheeks a bit, "I told you to call me JoJo..."

You stared at him blankly, wondering why that was important at the moment, "Yeah, sorry, but Loggins had his lungs crushed by Esidisi who is here for the Stone. The Pillar Men are too quick for me, I was only able to block the initial attack."

Joseph put a hand on his chest, a pained expression on his face, "That's harsh. Lungs are vital to a Hamon user."

"Uh, they'd kill your average Joe just as well..."
