We get to the boathouse and Snape and Voldemort are both there. Talking. "There is no wand more powerful. Ollivander himself has said it. Tonight, when the boy comes, it will not fail you. I am sure of it. It answers to you... and you only." Snape says. "Does it?" eventhough I can't really see anything that is going on through the windows, I can see Voldemort. I almost forgot how ugly and scary looking he is. "My lord?" "The wand. Does it truly answer to me? You're a clever man, Severus. Surely you must know. Where does its true loyalty lie?" "With you...of course, my lord." "The Elder wand cannot serve me properly because I am not its true master. The Elder wand belongs to the wizard who killed its last owner. You killed Dumbledore, Severus. While you live the Elder wand cannot truly be mine. You've been a good and faithful servant, Severus... but only I can live forever." Voldemort speaks. Is he going to kill Snape? For a wand? "My lord..." Snape says, then for a few seconds it's silent. Until Snape falls against the window, making it bounce back a little, making us jump. "Nagini. Kill." Voldemort commands the snake. The snake attacks Snape, making the window bounce again and again and again. Then there is a whoosh, and it goes silent again. When it stays silent, Harry gets up and walks into the boathouse. Hermione, Ron and I follow him. We see Snape sitting against the window, trying to keep breathing. But obviously he is struggling. Harry kneels down beside him and holds his jaw. To keep the blood from running everywhere. "Take them. Take them. Please." Snape cries. "Give me something." Harry says to Hermione, who walks forward. "Quickly. A flask, anything." She grabs her bag and pulls out a flask. Harry opens it and takes the tears from Snape. "Take them to the pensieve. Look at me. You have your mother's eyes." Snape says, and those were the last words he spoke. The water beside us begins to move. All of a sudden I begin to have a massive headache. I look over and see that Ron, Harry and Hermione are having the same issue. I kneel to the floor. "You have fought valiantly.. but in vain. I do not wish this. Every drop of magical blood spilled is terrible waist. I therefore command my forces to retreat. In their absence, dispose your dead with dignity. Harry Potter, I now speak directly to you. On this night, you have allowed your friends to die for you rather than face me yourself. There is no greater dishonor. Join me in the Forbidden Forest and confront your fate. If you do not do this... I shall kill every last man... woman, and child... who tries to conceal you from me." Voldemort speaks. Harry starts walking back to the castle. I look at Ron and Hermione who have started walking too. I follow behind them, dreading the death of one of my best friends. Harry will soon be dead. He is a great Wizard, but this is Voldemort we are talking about. I trust Harry to do the right thing. But I feel like dying isn't it. "Where is everybody?" Hermione asks when we walk onto the courtyard. Bricks are laying everywhere, but there is no one to be found. We walk into the castle and Ron opens the door to the Great Hall. Which is also a wreck. People sitting on the benches on the side. Brick also laying everywhere. People carying other persons on beds out. Ron walks in and we all follow. I see the Weasley family standing on the other end of the Great Hall. Ron obviously sees them too and walks over to them. They are standing over a body. I only see, Bill, Fleur, Arthur, Molly, Ginny, George and now Ron. George turns around and hugs Ron. I look at the body. My heart stops, it sinks to my feet. Fred. Fred Weasley's lifeless body is laying on the floor. Molly hugging it. Ron lets go of George and kneels down next to Fred. I walk over to George, and hug him. Not being able to say anything. Everyone is quiet. Except for Ron, he is sobbing. I am holding George still, he holds me thight. Not wanting to let go. I hold his hand. Not knowing what else to do. Not knowing how else to be there for him. His best friend, his brother. His twin brother, his other half. His everything is gone. I cannot even start to imagine how he must be feeling right now. He was a good friend of mine, we didn't spend that much time together, but he really was a good friend of mine. And my heart is breaking, I can't even think about what George is feeling right now. He hugs me again sobbing into my shoulder. I just hold him. After a while I turn and see that Hermione, Ron and Harry are gone. "I am sorry George, but I have to go find Harry." I say, he nods. I kiss his cheek and let go off him. I quickly hug the rest of the family as well. Then walk out of the Great Hall and see Hermione and Ron sit on the stairs. Harry is standing on top of the stairs, starting to walk down them. I start to climb them, and we meet where Ron and Hermione are sitting. "Where've you been?" Hermione asks "We thought you went to the Forest." Ron tells him. "I'm going there now." Harry says. "Are you mad?" I ask "No! You can't give yourself up to him." Ron replies. Harry stops at the top of the stairs. "What is it, Harry? What is it you know?" Hermione asks. "There's a reason I can hear them... the horcruxes. I think I've known for a while. And I think you have, too." Harry says, Hermione starts to sob. "I'll go with you." she says. "No, kill the snake. Kill the snake and then it's just him." Hermione walks over to him and hugs him, sobbing. I walk over to him and hug him as well. Ron hugs him as well. "Good luck." I say and he leaves the three of us standing at the top of the stairs.
