After defeating the three Factions once more. Natsu and the rest of his friends have gone into hiding. After hearing it out of his own mouth Rias does as she was told. Having taking over the underworld becoming a great Satan, she did just that. But...
???: Sure why not I'll tell. The special occasion was finding you Natsu Dragneel.
Natsu's eyes widen hearing that a total stranger knew his name. Natsu's eyes immediately change into his dragons slits, he places his drink down and just as he's about to make a move the other gentleman stops him.
???: My deepest apologies my friend over here is sometimes awkward with meeting new people. Allow us to introduce ourselves. My colleague there his name is Lahar, he's head captain of the custody enforcement unit. I'm Jura Neekis, I'm a member of the ten wizard saints it's nice to meet Natsu dono.
The tall muscular man who introduced himself as Jura stood up and bowed in a show of respect. Natsu paid no attention instead he took a sip of his drink.
Natsu: So who exactly do you work for?
Lahar: We work for the magic council, Jura here is a wizard saint like he said.
Natsu: Good, if you were devils things would had gotten messy.
Lahar: So do you openly admit to your crimes?
Natsu: what crimes?
Lahar: You have quite the warrant for your arrest Natsu.
Jura: don't mind him Natsu Dono all we really want is to ask you a couple of questions about the incident in Kyoto that occurred a year ago.
Lahar: You might remember them, the first involving the hero faction and the youkai leader Yasaka.
Natsu turns his attention to Lahar who spoke about Yasaka.
Lahar: The second incident was your little firework show you displayed on top of a building in Kyoto causing major damage to the surrounding area as well as the citizens of Kyoto seeing and I quote "a giant dragon and a meteor falling from the sky."
Jura: Lahar dono, calm down we came to speak with Natsu dono not cause a scene.
Natsu stands up from his seat and gets in Lahar's face. He is unfazed by this continuing to speak about Natsu's charges.
Lahar: Not only that. This warrant of yours is also for the murder of Sabertooth's master, and property damages. That goes against the rules that we placed in order to keep the guilds in place and not cause unwanted attention to what we do. But you didn't care you just wanted to quench your thirst for blood didn't you?
Jura: Lahar dono!
Lahar: Don't think we didn't know about your little war against the devils, and angels. Your wanted for that as well, by the factions and the magic council. Don't get me wrong I don't want the money or glory, I simply want a murderer like you to be brought to justice.
Natsu was about to ignite his fist on fire, Jura was going to stop him and Lahar was ready to attack as well. But all three men stop when the sound of heels clanking on the floor echoed throughout the restaurant. All three men looked behind them seeing Irene.
