Chapter 30: Apocalyptic Destruction

The next day every one woke up normally. It was Natsu and the others last day in Sun Village. So before leaving Ena made them a big breakfast so that they will go back to Tokyo with there stomachs full of Ena's famous cuisine. Natsu really enjoyed his time in the village. Meeting so many other dragons like him, like Irene and his sister really brought him closer and closer to his ultimate goal. To find, and reunite all of those lost dragons who are still scattered all over the world due to the war. He also knew when ever he needed help he had not just his uncle, but Nanami and the others as back up to fight against the dragon gods. When the thought of the dragon gods came into his mind his demeanor changed. Irene quickly noticed. She slowly reached out for his hand, making Natsu look at her. She squeezes softly on his hand as if saying "everything is going to be okay." That gesture reassured Natsu causing him to smile at his queen. Once they finished eating breakfast Atlas, Ena and Miyu decided to walk Natsu out of the village so that he can say goodbye to everyone. As soon as they stepped outside the house, Atlas is surprised to see Nanami there.

Atlas: Good morning Nanami. Come to say goodbye to Natsu?

He says as he approaches her. Miyu who followed her father, ran up to Nanami giving her a warm hug. Due to her being so small she was only able to hug her legs.

Miyu: Good morning Nanami nee Chan!

Not hearing anything from Nanami, Miyu looks up at her seeing the lifeless color in her eyes. Miyu stops hugging her taking a few steps back. But she also notices Nanami's bandaged right hand.

Miyu: what happened to your hand?

She asks. But still gets no response from her. So Miyu approached her again.

Miyu: Nanami nee chan are you okay?

Nanami: .......

Miyu instantly feels the cold aura being let out by Nanami. She runs back to her father hiding behind him.

Atlas: Miyu?

He sees that his daughter is afraid and shaking which causes him to look at her, kneeling down.

Atlas: what's wrong Miyu?

Miyu: it's...Nanami nee chan...somethings wrong with her.

Atlas looks back towards Nanami, and notices her injured hand.

Atlas: Nanami? What's wrong?

Hearing this Natsu also turns to see what is going on, and so do the others. While Atlas approaches his former student, she just stays quite not uttering a single word.

Atlas: Nanami?

She finally speaks out, saying Natsu's name in a low voice.

Nanami: Natsu..

Atlas: huh? Can you say that again I couldn't hear you.

She lifts her head up a bit. Atlas sees her glowing dragon eyes which causes him to take a step back. Nanami full of hatred and anger yells out Natsu's name.

Nanami: Natsu!!

Her yell turns into a dragon roar echoing throughout the entire village. This grabbed the attention of her friends who were grabbing some souvenirs for Natsu and his group. They quickly dropped what they were doing and ran towards the sound of the roar.
Back to Nanami, she let out her power forcing everyone around to cover themselves.

Mira: what the hell is wrong with this chick?!

Irene: I thought you two made peace Natsu?! What did you do?!

Natsu: me?! I didn't do anything! I thought we were cool too!

Nanami sees that Wendy is separated from her brother as she's standing by Ena's side. Without warning she launches her self towards the young dragon, with her fist covered in water. Natsu sensed this and quickly moves to protect his sister. Both Fire and water dragons met in the middle as Natsu blocked Nanami's attack.
