Chapter 118: Loosing Faith. Lost Freedom.

Igneel: You failed to protect those close to you.

Grandine: You broke your promise and failed.

Igneel: How man times are you going to fail Natsu?

Grandine: You failed to protect DiMaria. Failed to protect the guild and soon you'll loose everything.

Igneel: You hold back so much. For what? To keep what ever is inside you from coming out?

Grandine: All of that is for nothing. Because at the end of the day it will bring you back..

E.N.D: To me.

Natsu shakes off the voices in his head as he could still hear them echoing.

Yoruichi: Natsu?

It wasn't until Yoruichi came to check up on him that he was finally able to stop hearing the voices.

Natsu: they stopped...

Yoruichi looked at him weirdly, she heard him but acted like she didn't.

Yoruichi: Stopped what?

He looks behind him and sees Yoruichi kneeling down next to him with her hand in his shoulder. He looks back forward and let's out a sigh.

Natsu: Nothing. It's nothing.

Yoruichi: Is everything okay?

Natsu: No, I need to get back to Kyoto. I need to get back to my friends.

Yoruichi: That's not going to happen.

Natsu: what do you mean?

Yoruichi: You're in no condition to be moving around let alone going off to fight.

Natsu: You don't understand! My friends need me, my clan needs me! I need to...

He stops and pauses for a few.

Natsu: Someone very close to me needs me...

Yoruichi: I understand.

Natsu: You don't understand! None of you understand! None of you understand what I'm dealing with!

Yoruichi flicks Natsu's forehead, which makes him grab his head in pain.

Yoruichi: Why are you in a rush? Look at yourself. Do you not know the magnitude of your injuries? Half of the right side of your stomach was gone Natsu. Not one but multiple broken bones, serious life threatening amounts of blood loss and a headache injury. Do you think that's any condition to be going off to fight and get your self killed?

Natsu stays quite not saying a word. He slowly struggles to get up but immediately falls back down as he grunts from the pain.

Yoruichi: You see. You're in no condition to do anything. So stop worrying about your friends they'll be fine. You should be focusing on getting back to full health and getting back into shape.

She stands up while also helping him up. But before he fully makes it up to his feet she pokes his head.

Yoruichi: What ever you have going on in here, you need to clear your mind and bring all of those broken pieces back to becoming one unit.

He looks at her with a stunned face as if she knew what he was going through.

Yoruichi: Now come on. Let's go to bed. You need to sleep.

Natsu's roar echoed through then entirety of the Soul Society waking up half of the population, including some of the captains of the Gotei 13. One captain who had a few too many drinks had just begun to fall asleep when the loud roar woke him up.
