That very same morning in Kyoto. Erza woke up way before Lucy did. She got ready, and left Lucy a note letting her that she would be heading to the guild early to get some morning training. When she arrived as usual she saw Lisanna there who's always the first one to be there. She greeted her, she had asked who else arrived early. To her surprise Gray with Juvia, Gajeel along with Levy and Laxus with the Thunder Tribe all got to the guild unusually early. She thanked Lisanna and headed towards Gray and Juvia first.
Erza: Grey, Good morning.
Grey: Morning Erza.
Juvia: Erza San, good morning.
Erza: Morning Juvia. You two are here early?
Grey: Juvia and I have a job to do. We were requested to come in as early as we can. So we're grabbing a bite to eat before heading out.
Erza: Woah. Must be a big job.
Juvia: It is! I'm just glad I get to spend time with Gray sama!
Gray: We spend time together all the time, what are you talking about?
Juvia: Doesn't matter, every time we're together it's always full of fun, and laughter. That's why I'm so happy to be with you Gray sama!
Gray turns his head and he blushes by Juvia's words. Erza notices this and smiles her self. She's glad Gray has finally began to accept Juvia's feelings and taking her more serious.
Gray: Why are you here so early?
Juvia: and without Lucy..you two are usually always together.
Erza: I didn't want to wake her. She got pretty banged up during our last job.
Gray: I noticed. But didn't that new guy heal her? Lisanna told us her wound was completely healed.
Erza: Yeah..he did heal her but..
Gray: But? What's wrong?
Erza: I'm not sure. I don't know if it's me being paranoid or...I just feel like somethings off about him.
Gray: It's not just you.
Erza: What?
Juvia: It's true Erza San...Gray feels the same way..
Erza: You do?
Gray: Yeah...ever since he got here. I didn't want to say anything because I didn't want to be seen as crazy or paranoid. But he gives me this weird sensation.
Erza: Like you've seen him, but at the same time you haven't..
Gray: Yes! That's exactly it! I had the same sensation when we went to-
Both Erza and Gray: Ermina...
The two of them look at each other.
Erza: So I'm not the only one who feels that way..
Gray just lowers his head a bit.
Juvia: What do you guys think that is?
Gray: Not sure.
Erza: Gray, Juvia. I need the two of you along with Ultear and Meldy to keep an eye on Lucy for me.
Gray: But Erza you know Juvia and I have this job to go to..
Erza: that's fine have Ultear and Meldy come and keep an eye on her while you two go do your mission. Please can you do that for me?
Gray: Sure I'll give her a call, but if you don't mind me asking what will you be doing?
