Chapter 173: Invasion Night II

With the sun completely setting the moon rose in its place. Tonight was a full moon. Which meant a king tide is rolling in. The weather was cold, and a bit windy near the shores of Southern Japan. Night one of the invasion is here. Most of Natsu's group have made significant progress in arriving to there location. Still being at least a few hours away from the major cities. Some of them decided to rest and eat something before the real battles actually began. One of those who decided she would take a quick breather is Valkyrie Yuna. Her chosen city was Hiroshima, and she was still at least a full day away from there. She took shelter near a forest in between Tokyo and Nagoya. Being that she's an android she didn't really need to sleep or eat. But she did need to rest, and the bento Anna had made her was especially made for her, she didn't want to let that go to waist. So after gathering some wood she found a nice spot underneath a tree. She piled up the wood all together and started a fire. Once the fire was at a decent size she could finally relax. She opened her bento box and saw all the delicious treats Anna had made her. She began to eat and immediately loved what she prepared her. She took a sip of her tea she asked to be made for her and began to go over some notes. The notes she is going over where about the vampire Yasaka back when she was still princess fought for the first time.

Valkyrie: The only three we know of are Albedo, Esdeath and this vampire Yasaka mentioned. We know very little about Albedo and Esdeath powers but this vampire. According to Yasaka vampires have limitless stamina, can use blood magic, necromancy, self healing, even regeneration. So even if I cut an arm it will just grow back. Damn...

She leans her head back against the trunk of the tree and looks up. She notices how calm the night is. Then notices the full moon.

Valkyrie: Full moon...full...moon...

She begins to slowly close her eyes and give in to her tiredness. Ten minutes have passed and a loud screech abruptly wakes her. She immediately opens her eyes and looks around. She quickly stands up and begins to look around her surroundings trying to figure out where that screech came from. Again she hears this loud blood curdling screech which made her cover her ears. She kicks some dirt on her fire putting it out completely. She then hears shuffling on the trees near her. Then another scream echoed throughout the forest, this time of a human male.

Human male: No! No please! Stop..staaaaaaaaaah....!

The sound of something piercing human flesh and bones breaking can be clearly heard.

Valkyrie: That's close by..

Valkyrie leaped above the tree she to get a better view of what is going on. She saw smoke from a distance and fire burning. She can hear the screams of people begging for there lives.

Valkyrie: I thought everyone had already vacated near by villages. Why are there still people here?

She looks at her phone and can see all the small dots on the screen of where all the girls are and even Natsu's who hasn't moved. Some of the girls are stationery while others are still moving.

Valkyrie: Yasaka is already in Kyoto. Maybe I contact her.

Human male: Please....someone...help me..

Valkyries eyes widen when she hears the voice of a human underneath her.

Human male: Please anyone...help...

Just as she's about to move and help. She senses various other presences nearby and one on its way.

Human help: help...me...

???: Great job my brides. You did excellent work not allowing anyone to escape.

Valkyrie's eyes widen when she sees four women dressed in white. Two walking towards the man who is crawling away to safety, and two others standing next to a short young woman.
