Chapter 10: Raging Thunder

Irene and the others make it to the balcony where Rossewiesse and Brynhildr where initially talking. They are all surprised to see that Rossewiesse was on her knees, with bits of her shirt still hanging on to her, and her pants having been burned off, she's basically half naked. But Brynhildr is holding onto her in a protective manner as she hugs her back. They turn and see Natsu standing next to the two of them looking ahead. They see that part of the balcony has been destroyed, couple of meters away they see a building collapsing on it self.

Freya: What happened?!

Brynhildr: My lady, Thor was...he was about to force Rossewiesse into doing things she didn't want. Natsu and myself happen to be near by and heard everything.

The queen widens her eyes hearing at the atrocity her son nearly committed. She then turns to look at Natsu and begins to make her way towards him but Irene and Mira step in front of her. She looks at the two of them confused.

Irene: For your own safety. It's best if you stay behind us.

A lightning came down from the skies as an explosion occurred. The sound of thunder was heard as a blur came out of no where and met Natsu head on. The impact of Thor and Natsu connecting sent powerful gusts of wind all around them. As the two of them met in the middle with both of them not wanting to give in, this was a test of strength, Natsu let go of his right hand forcing Thor to lean towards the left. Natsu with his right leg covered in flames kicks Thor on the side sending him flying once again. Rias and Gabriel walk past the three women and give Rossewiesse a blanket so that she can cover her self. Thor appeared again in the sky with mjolnir at hand. Lightning sparked all over the god of thunder as he prepared himself to fight Natsu.

Freya: Thor stop this at once! What has gotten into you?!

Thor: Into me? Mother the man who killed father and ended thousands of other lives is right here in front of us. If we kill him now we'll get rid of the threat and get revenge for father!

As he says this other valkyries appeared in the skies surrounding the palace. Heimdall finally reaches the queen seeing what has transpired.

Heimdall: My lady!

Brynhildr: Valkeries! Stand down!

The valkyries look at there commander with questioned looks on there faces but Thor undermined her authority.

Thor: Do not listen to her! All of you will capture that scum. We will bring him to justice one way or another.

Irene and Mira got ready to fight, Freya knew that if a fight broke out now it will only end in blood shed.

Freya: No! Everyone stand down! If anyone moves a single muscle I will have you in prisoned!

The valkyries along with Heimdall all stood down listening to the queens orders. Thor angered by his mother's decision of not attacking Natsu made him more in raged.

Thor: Fine! If you won't do it, I'll take matters into my own hands!

Twirling his hammer around gathering large amounts of lightning he launches himself towards Natsu. He quickly reacts by covering his arms in iron scales, the impact of Thor's hammer meeting dragon scales sent a shock wave of power all over Asgard that caused it to shake. To everyone near them, they were forced to cover themselves to not get injured by the impact. But thanks to Irene she put up a barrier that protected not only her but the queen and everyone behind her. The impact of the attack was so grand that Natsu scales couldn't hold on. He saw with his own eyes how some of his scales began to fall off and deteriorate. Lightning suddenly came from the skies and impacted both men, it wasn't doing much damage to Thor but to Natsu it was different it was hurting him. He let out a scream, as Thor stopped his attack he immediately used his other hand to punch Natsu across the face sending him crashing into the building like a rocket.
