After an emotional night for everyone. The next day couldn't come any sooner for those who have lost. Thankfully the mood wasn't a downer, it was a bright one. All thanks to the people of Tokyo. Early morning they all gathered around the tower that still stood high, and all gathered to pray. Griselda who was awake at that time couldn't help her self but join them in prayer as she kneeled down near the window of the hideout and prayed. The praying lasted quite a long time, by the time everyone had woken up they all saw what was going on.

Kyouko: what's with everyone gathering around your place?

Natsu: no idea

Griselda: Since early this morning they have all gathered and prayed together.

Irene: Prayed? Do you know why?

Griselda: from what I was able to hear they were praying for everything honestly. For the people who have lost there lives, for the blessings of having food and water still but the most important one was because of the military retreating since last night.

Hitome: Are you sure this nun isn't a dragon?

She leans in asking Kiyomi, she just shrugs her shoulders. That's when Griselda answers her.

Griselda: I'm not a dragon, but I am an angel. When people pray it's my job to listen to them, and pray with them as well.

Isidore: angel as in the humans with white wings and a halo over there heads?!

Griselda: Yup!

She says with a smile. Isidore immediately kneels down in front of Griselda.

Isidore: I've been blessed with such a beauty like you. Griselda please accept my hand in-

Just before he finishes Kyouko pulls him by his ear.

Kyouko: come on lover boy leave the pretty nun lady alone. Can't you see she isn't in to you.

Isidore: Kyouko stop! That hurts!

Griselda: before I forgot they also mentioned something about there being a festival later in the night.

Mira: Festival? There isn't anything that can keep the people of this city down isn't there.

Lucy: That sounds fun!

Erza: Hmm I haven't been to one in quite some time.

Irene: Same here.

They all look towards Natsu to see if he will also like to go, but he's to busy eating to listen to anything that was going on.

Natsu: what?

After having heard the others tell them about the small festival going on later in the day, he decided it would be best if they go and join in on the small festivities before they go into battle. The day couldn't have been any shorter as the evening finally arrived. All the girls got together and decided on what to wear. Meanwhile the boys waited patiently in the living room while the girls were getting ready.

Isidore: I just realized this is your first time in Tokyo isn't it Kardama?

Kardama: yeah, so what?

Isidore: if you weren't such a stick in the mud, and you would had joined us that time we asked you would had liked it!

Kardama: Not my fault I couldn't trust Natsu.

Isidore: What?! It's definitely your fault! What do you mean?!

Kardama: Calm down you idiot. I'm just joking.
