Before leaving Albedo informed Invel about the warehouse and it's massive size. It's big enough to fit the entire army of the Spriggan 12. It's been a few days since Albedo informed him of this and everyone is settling down and running operations from the warehouse including the other members of the Spriggan 12. Invel who is in the main command center in the middle of the warehouse is going over some plans when he hears his soldiers stand in attention. He hears this and turns around and to his surprise Zeref is there.
Invel: Lord Zeref. Good evening.
Zeref: Good evening Invel. I see everyone has settled down quite nicely thanks to Albedo.
Invel: That is correct my lord. I had no idea this is what Albedo was doing before we arrived here.
Zeref: Well It's wasn't all Albedo, Shalltear also helped.
Invel: I agree. They both have done a splendid job.
Zeref walks towards Invel and sees he is going over some plans.
Zeref: Going over somethings?
Invel: Yes my lord. My..I mean Esdeath left some backup plans in case things didn't go the right way. So I'm going over them just in case.
Zeref: I see. Tell me Invel, what happened to Dabi and Shinra?
Invel: They followed your orders and went to scout Northern Japan. Why my lord?
Zeref: What else happened?
Invel: According to them they encountered two unexpected individuals.
Zeref: Right. What happened to Dabi and Shinra?
Invel stops looking over the papers and slowly looks towards Zeref.
Invel: They got injured during battle.
Zeref: Hmm. What about you? What did you do? Where were you on that day?
Invel: I was on my way to speak to Esdeath.
Zeref: Really?
Zeref who had his hand in the table made it crack as he raised his aura. Invel looked at his hand and looked back up.
Zeref: Do not lie to me Invel.
Without fear Invel responds to Zeref.
Invel: I went to check on Dabi and Shrina. My Lord.
Zeref: What. Else.
Invel: Nothing else my lord. I simply went to see they didn't get killed is all.
Zeref: What did I tell you to do that day.
Invel: Lord Zeref you must..
Zeref: Invel!
Invel immediately shuts up as Zeref raised his voice and power.
Zeref: I remember specifically telling you to remain here, in the island. Did I not say that?
Invel: Yes..
Zeref: Then why did you defy me?
Invel: ......
Zeref: Invel?
Invel: If I didn't help them they could've been killed.
Zeref: Then why did you help them?
