Those words. Those words where the exact same words I told Natsu. Since the very first time he appointed me his new queen over a year ago. I would always remind him that I will always stand by his side, shield him, and protect him, give my life for him if needed and always love him unconditionally. I will follow his every order without a second thought. No matter how cruel the order, or how small. I devoted my life to him. But, never did I think his reign will end. Never did it cross my mind his reign will come to an end..and never would I had thought I will be the one to end it. It hurts to think about it. His father and mother entrusted him to keep the reign of Dragneels going. He faces every obstacle and faces every challenger head on and never lost. Gajeel, Laxus, Sting, Rogue, Nanami, and the others from Sun Village, Tiamat, Issei, Vali, God Serena, and Acnologia. All dragons who challenged him for his title of Dragon King. All defeated by the him the true King of Dragons. It's hard to believe the one dragon who beat him was me. And I wasn't even using my full power...he must feel like I disrespected him. At least that's what I think. But after what he did during his recovery, proved to me that he doesn't mind. He transferred me full authority of the clan and all dragons. He bowed his head and kneeled so did Wendy, and the others who where there. Something never in a hundred years did I expect to happen. But it did, and now I'm the Queen, and he's my King. I'm sure he will ask for a rematch and try to regain his title of Dragon King. When that day comes Natsu. I will not hold back like I did during our first match. I will use every inch of power, every spell I know, and every enchantment I can cast. I will not go easy, and I hope you don't either. For when the day comes it will be Irene the Dragon God of Despair, vs Natsu the Fire Dragon King.
