Yasaka: Yu...Yukime? Is that you?
Yukime: The one and only.
Yasaka: What...what are you doing here?
Yukime: I heard concerning rumors about you so I decided to come down from my mountain top and see things for myself.
Yasaka stays quiet, she just looks at her younger sister. Valkyrie and Witch do no say anything as to not disturb the two siblings.
Yukime: Aren't you going to introduce me to your friends? If they're allowed in the throne room that means things have gotten serious.
Yasaka: Why are you here?
Yukime lets out a sigh.
Yukime: Believe it or not I did worry about you big sis. What I said about the rumors wasn't just me teasing you.
Yasaka: what are they saying?
Yukime: That you have sided with the wrong side. The noble yokai clan who's always been neutral chose a side. The evil side.
Yasaka: That's a lie.
Yukime: Really? Is it?
Yasaka rolls her eyes and turns around.
Yukime: I never questioned mom when she made you clan leader. Nor did I ever question your decisions, but siding with one side after going so many years of being neutral. The great faction war we remained neutral, the yokai civil war we remained neutral, even during the mass extinction of dragons we remained neutral. Why choose a side now?
Yasaka still remains quiet while looking at the screen showing the map of Southern Japan. Suddenly Kunou appears.
Kunou: Mom?
All the women turn around and see the young yokai.
Yukime: Kunou?
Kunou: Aunt Yukime?!
Yukime: My goodness how much you have grown!
Kunou jogs to her and gives her a big hug. Yukime hugs her back.
Kunou: Yes aunt Yukime it has been a long time.
Yukime: Aw come on don't call me that, it makes me feel old. What did I tell you to call me?
Kunou: big sis
She says chuckling.
Yukime: There you go!
She then spots a bit of blood splatter on her kimono.
Yukime: what happened?
Kunou: Huh?
She looks down and sees what she is referring to.
Kunou: Oh! This, it's nothing just helping some people out and got a bit of blood on me is all. I'll wash up when I'm done.
Yasaka: Is everything done Kunou?
Kunou: Yes mother, everything is done. All of the humans and wizards are all taken care of. We haven't seen anyone else walk inside.
Yasaka lets out a sigh of relief.
Yasaka: Good, go ahead and wash up dear okay? Take the rest of the day off.
Kunou: Are you sure? I can still go?
Yasaka: Kunou.
Kunou straightens herself hearing her mother's voice become serious.
Kunou: Yes mother I will retire right away.
She leaves the throne room to her quarters.
Yukime: really? You're making poor Kunou witness all of this?
