Chapter 62: Greek Gods vs The Dragon King

Natsu: Fire Dragon King-Flames of the Seven Dragons Mode!

Natsu's incredible power up surprises everyone. The crowd is in utter silence seeing such a powerful being, and the Greek gods are left speechless knowing a lone man, a mere mortal, is standing up to them without hesitation, without fear. Zeus raises his hand up high into the sky calling forth lightning but before the lightning bolt can reach his palm, Natsu grabs the lightning bolt and fires it towards Poseidon causing an explosion. This forces the other gods to separate to escape the explosion from consuming them. Zeus is left amazed seeing that someone managed to grab a hold of his own lightning. He goes to look for Natsu but doesn't find him but he does hear a soft crunch which causes him to look ahead of him once the smoke clears. He sees Natsu eating what's left of the lightning.

Natsu: that's some tasty lightning. The last one I had tasted horrible nearly killed me.

Zeus: Why you little bastard!

He yells out in frustration. Unknowingly to Natsu Ares and Athena had both snuck up behind him each with a weapon in hand. Ares with his battle axe and Athena with her two katanas. Being able to hear them Natsu turned around quickly and blocked both there attacks by turning his entire body into steel using his forearms to block the initial impact of the twins attack. He was forcefully pushed back, when he lowered his arms and turned back to normal he could see smoke coming out from his arms. When he looks ahead he sees both twins standing there proud of there work. The crowd cheered for them, but Natsu instantly used his lightning body to get in the face of both twins. As he was about to reach for their faces Natsu hears the sound a gun being fired, with incredible speed he uses his lightning body again to dodge the bullet coming his way. He raises his head picking up on Artemis scent and looks up towards a corner of the arena seeing her standing there aiming a rifle at him. She lowers her weapon and smirks at him.

Artemis: Nice dodge, the next one will hit you in between the eyes.

She uses her powers to instantly disappear. He tries to pick up her scent again but isn't successful, instead he feels water underneath his feet. When he looks down he sees it and immediately the water combines with the ground underneath him creating mud. Now stuck onto the ground he is unable to move. The twins take this time to launch another attack at Natsu. They both try to attack him from both directions. Natsu summons his iron dragon demon blade and parries Athena's attack. As for Ares he turned his entire right arm into steel and blocked his attack. The two twins use more force to try to make him submit. It's working the more power and strength they put the more Natsu begins to sink into the ground. Athena takes this chance to touch Natsu in order to copy his magic.

Poseidon: Be washed away! Water Magic Raging Tsunami!

Poseidon slams both his hands on the ground creating a giant wave that comes crashing down onto Natsu. Athena and Ares leaped out the way before the wave could hit them. Being thrown into the wall by the waves Natsu is slow to get up. It's at this point when Aphrodite appears in front of him. She kneels down next to him and tries to reach out to him to touch his heart. As a last defensive mechanism Natsu's unleashes a cloud of poison. This forces Aphrodite to cover her nose to not inhale the toxic air, unable to hold her breath any more she leaps out the toxic cloud and begins to breath heavily for air. As she goes to look back toward Natsu she doesn't see him anymore. She looks around frantically for him, she then freezes feeling as if someone is behind her. Before she turns around completely she feels a finger touch the back of her head. It was Natsu who appeared behind her with his finger to the back of her head aimed like a gun.

Natsu: I don't like using my toxins. I find it to be a very sleazy way to win fights. I only use it as a last result. I'm more of a up in your face type of fighter.
