Chapter 72: Curse Sorcerers Meet E.N.D

Natsu: Looks like we've arrived.

Mira: Are you sure this is the place?

Natsu: I'm sure. At least this is what Todo wrote on the note.

Irene: This is so far off from the city..

Mira: Seriously..

DiMaria: Are you sure we aren't lost?

Few Hours before.

Irene: Natsu, Natsu wake up.

She says as she gently moves him to wake him up. Natsu slowly opens his eyes and yawns.

Natsu: It's morning already?

Irene: Yes. Come on we have to go visit your new friend today remember.

Natsu: Yeah yeah I know.

He gets up and goes and gets ready. Once he is finished he goes to the dinning room and sees food on the table. He looks towards the kitchen and he sees Griselda hard at work washing dishes. He takes a seat and soon after DiMaria joins him. He simply stares at her for a few seconds before looking away. It's the first time he's heard the truth about DiMaria, and how she got her powers. He knew she was going kill him the first time they met but, he didn't know that after their little skirmish the time god Tsukuyomi left her in a bloody pool. Natsu begins to eat as the other girls arrive. He sees his sister pass and feels a heavy aura follow her. He immediately looks up worried, but Irene puts her hand on his shoulder.

Irene: Loosen up would you.

Natsu: You felt that didn't you?

Irene: She's growing up Natsu. She just survived a life threatening ordeal. That sensation you felt, it's her power increasing because of it.

Natsu just looks at his sister seeing her smiling and talking with Karameel. Natsu finishes eating and picks the team he wants to join him to his visit back to Kyoto.

Natsu: Mira, you're coming and DiMaria.

She looks up surprised to hear that Natsu chose her over Brandish, or his sister.

Natsu: Wendy, you just woke up from something really threatening if something were to happen to you again...

Wendy: It's okay big brother, I'm glad to stay in. I still don't feel 100%.

Natsu: Brandish I'm sorry but...

Brandish: Yeah yeah can't leave the base unprotected I know how it goes.

Natsu: thank you

Irene stands next to Natsu as does Mira. DiMaria is kinda hesitant but joins them. She stands behind Natsu and whispers something to him.

DiMaria: Are you sure you want me to go with you?

Natsu: Yeah. If your dreams of these time oracles keeps occurring I want to be there to protect you.

She smiles gently, but her smiles fades when she thinks back at how malicious Tsukuyomi can be. She closes her eyes and hears thunder. When she opens her eyes she sees that they've arrived at a different location from their original place.

Back to the present.

Irene began to use what little healing magic she knew to help Mira with her small injuries. Not being use to traveling with Natsu's lightning body can hurt others. DiMaria and Irene are alright due to their magic, but Mira, and others like Lucy, Grayfia, Rias and others tend to get injuries because of it.

Irene: Are you sure this is the location?

Natsu: Yeah, that's what the note said.
