Chapter 98: Dragon Goddess

Viper: I'm Viper. Viper Queresha.

Wendy stood still, amazed to see such a big difference in Viper. In power and in personality. To her it felt like staring at E.N.D. Wendy's magic slowly began to rise as she also got serious and went into her Dragon Force mode. She also enchanted her self. Which made her abilities be in top form. Viper smirked seeing that she was right.

Viper: I knew something about you seemed familiar.

Wendy looked at her suspiciously.

Viper: You're a dragon aren't you.

Her eyes widen hearing what Viper said.

Viper: Want to know how I figured it out? It was what you said. You couldn't catch my scent or hear me coming. Which had me thinking. Where have I heard that before? Then it clicked. Tomoe. She would tell me the same thing back when we were former comrades. Too bad I couldn't end her miserable life with my own two hands. I would had liked nothing more then to have killed her myself.

Wendy got angry hearing this as she launched her self at Viper. Which is exactly what Viper wanted.

Wendy: Sky Dragons Crushing Fang!

With both her hands connected she swung down on Viper, who is simply standing still. Suddenly a tail came out of no where and had her attacked blocked. Wendy is surprised to see her attacked blocked. She then hears something coming at her when she goes to turn her head to the left she sees the same creature that consumed Viper going to attack her. Not having enough time she quickly put her arms up to block the attack. Wendy was pushed away from Viper, she flipped over and landed on her feet. When she landed she winced a bit. When she raised her arms up she saw that her arms where bruised and had a purple color to it. Wendy immediately covered herself in flames and burned the poison away.

Viper: Tch.

She rose her hand forward and out went the creature to attack Wendy once more. This time seeing it coming Wendy is prepared for it. She leaped into the air as the creature hit the ground she once stood on. But quickly there after it's tail whipped back to hit Wendy. This time she used her lightning body to dodge the attack completely and appear behind Viper. She looked behind her and saw Wendy charging an attack from within her mouth. Her eyes widen seeing this.

Wendy: Lightning Dragons Roar!

The sound of thunder cracked, and a powerful lightning roar aimed at Viper was sent. Her pet quickly came back to her and used its self as a shield and took the frontal hit of Wendy's attack. Wendy quickly stopped her attack seeing that her pet blocked her roar. She raised her eyes up a bit and noticed multiple purple orbs surrounding her. She quickly got on her feet and began to run towards Viper. The orbs that surrounded her began to follow her and explode upon the nearest contact. She ran and leaped away before the explosion could get her. She even made some of the orbs explode on each other. This was one thing Wendy had over her older brother. Both where quick on there feet but Wendy was just slightly more agile then he is. Just as she was nearing Viper she turned around.

Wendy: Dragon Slayer Secret Art. Sky Drill!

Her powerful wind attack caused all the other explosions to simultaneously explode. Wendy turned back around and leaped into the air. Viper looked up and saw the young dragon up in the air. Wendy using her sky magic used it as a booster and propelled her self downward like a missile. She extended her hand back and gathered all the magic she could. Large flames gathered around her right arm covering her entire arm. Viper's eyes grew seeing just how huge her attack got.

Wendy: Fire Dragon's Iron First!

Again Viper uses her pet as a shield as Wendy's fist connected with the creatures body. Huge gust of winds blew around everywhere in the entire area. Heat waves where also felt by everyone surrounding the area as well. During this attack both girls made eye contact with one another. After a few seconds Wendy noticed that her flames weren't doing much damage to Viper. Her flames suddenly dispersed. Her eyes widen seeing this. Suddenly she felt a terrible pain on her side. She coughed up blood, and looked down. She noticed that the creatures tail had impaled her. She is slowly lifted and thrown like a doll to the side. She slid on the ground until trees stopped her and those same trees fell on her.
