Your boyfriend, Chan was a member of your university's soccer team. Ironically enough, you two met when he accidentally knocked you over with a soccer ball. You were walking near the field when you suddenly were hit and fell to the ground, holding your head. You hear him rush over to you, asking you if you're okay.

"I guess, just promise me next time you'll aim for the goal and not my head." You said, rubbing your head.

"I'm so sorry, let's go get you an ice pack."

He helps you stand up and walks with you to the infirmary. On your way there, you two make small talk.

"I'm really sorry." He said.

"You're going to keep apologizing, huh?" You asked him.

"Until you forgive me, yes."

"Can I at least get your name first?"

"I'm Chan."

"I'm ____ and I forgive you."

You hear him say 'yes' and you look to see him have a grin on his face. You chuckled softly, mentally noting that he has a nice smile.

"You should come to the game, we play tomorrow."

"Are you sure you want me there? I mean as soon as I passed the field...well, you know the rest."

"Yes I'm sure, so please?" He starts to beg, even going down on his knees with his hands clasped together.

You let a sigh and responded, "I guess I'll go since you want me there so badly."

He shoots up from the floor, squishing you in a hug. You let out a sound of surprise and he lets you go instantly, worried that he had you hurt you once again. You assure him that you're not, you were just surprised. A short time after, you reach the infirmary and Chan tells the nurse what happened. One of teammates was in there and when they heard what happened, you hear them mutter under their breath, "Well that's one way to shoot your shot."

You stifle a laugh while Chan starts whining at his mate, telling them to stop embarrassing him. You receive the ice pack and Chan ushers you out there quickly, not wanting to feel embarrassed anymore. Still feeling bad, he walked you back to your dorm. You told him that you can walk just fine but he said he has to 'just to be safe.' Rolling your eyes, you ask him about the game tomorrow and goes on a rant about the opposing team since the teams have history with each other. Next thing you know, you're outside your dorm and you two stand out before you go inside.

"Hey, what's your number?" You ask him. His eyes widen and then he answered your question with a question.

"My number?"

"Yeah, so I can make a poster." You're met with silence as you watch him realize what you meant.

"Ah, you meant my jersey number. I thought you were asking for my phone number."

"I mean you can give me that too if you want." You said, holding up your phone. He snatches it from your hand, quickly putting his number in and saving his contact as his jersey number.

"Alright then Chan, I'll see you at your game tomorrow. Oh and be sure to aim for the goal and not the stands."

"You won't let me live this down, will you?"

"Nope." Saying with a pop of the p, you turn around to go inside. You wave goodbye and he waves back. He walks away, shaking his head with a grin on his face.

Game day arrives and just like you said, you came to the game with a sign for Chan. Before the game starts, Chan looks out to the bleachers and he finds you. He calls your name and you look to see him coming to your section.

"You really made me a sign?"

"Of course! It would be boring if I just showed up empty handed."

"You being here is enough for me."

"Ew, you're cheesy." You said while scrunching your face.

He rolled your eyes and he heard his coach call for the team for a quick meeting.

"That's my cue."

"You got this Chan! Get a goal for me while you're at it."

"I'll try my best." You pat his head for good luck and he runs off so he can play. You followed Chan's every move, getting more impressed at his skills has the game progressed. By the end of the game, your school's team won and he scored the winning goal. You cheered loudly from the stands as you watched the team celebrate their victory. He leaves them and runs back to where you are.

"You did it! I knew you guys would win."

"We definitely won because of you."

"I wasn't going to say it but I'm glad you did." You said jokingly, pretending to dust off your shoulders.

"You think you can come back for the rest of the season?"

"Hmm, I'll see what I can do."

"____ please?"

"Fine, but only if I get to wear a jersey."

"You got yourself a deal."
