[Late Night Admiration] || Jeno

After you and your boyfriend, Jeno, had dinner, you two spent the rest of the evening in your shared bedroom. You two watched a comedy special on Netflix and you noticed that Jeno started to yawn halfway through. He tried to hide it but you knew better after the next few yawns.

"Are you tired?"

"A little bit, yeah."

"Then go to sleep. We can always finish the special another time."

"Well, what about you?"

"Eh, not really but I'll try and fall asleep."

You both got comfortable and you ran your fingers through Jeno's hair, helping him fall asleep faster. After a few moments, you heard light snoring. You took in all of his features as you slowly continued to play with his hair. You halted your movements as you watched him sleep. You smiled at how peaceful he looked while asleep. Suddenly, Jeno spoke to you, his eyes remaining closed.

"Close your eyes, sweetheart."

"But I like you."

"I like you too but you can't stare at me sleeping all night."

"Is that a challenge?"

"No it's not. You can always see me in your dreams."

You let out a puff of air, knowing that he is right. You decided not to put up a fight with the boy and decided to at least cuddle with him until you fell asleep. You kissed his cheek, muttering a soft goodnight. He bid you goodnight and to have sweet dreams of him. You lightly hit his stomach and he let out a low chuckle. You cuddled into his right side as his arm went to wrap around your waist, holding you in place against him. His steady heartbeat and his hand drawing patterns onto your skin lulled you into slumber where you met your boyfriend again in dreamland.
