[Sweet Dreams] || Yeosang

Ever since you and Yeosang moved in together, you've always slept comfortably by each other's side. With Ateez's world tour fast approaching, your time with Yeosang was getting shorter and shorter. The night before he left, he said that he doesn't know how he could possibly sleep without you by his side and you told him that he should be fine. You teased him by saying he can cuddle one of the members and pretend that it was you. Hearing that he pretended to throw up but laughed nonetheless.

The first night apart, Yeosang called you on facetime. Despite the time difference, you still helped him fall asleep. As time went on and locations changed, you could tell that Yeosang didn't want to keep this facetime in bed nonsense up. One day, he called you and you were expecting him to be on break or ready for bed but he was in the airport.

"Yeosang, are you at the airport?"

"Yeah, I'm coming home."

"Home? Tour doesn't end for a little while."

"I'm coming home and I'm bringing you back with me."

"I'm sorry?"

You couldn't believe what you were hearing. Yeosang truly meant what he said that he couldn't sleep without you.

"I asked and they said that if getting you here will help with a better performance than so be it."

"Babe, you should've told me sooner. I would've flown there by myself so you don't get even more jetlag than what you're bargaining for."

"I know but I want to see you sooner rather than later."

You rolled your eyes and sighed at how cute he is.

"How much clothes should I pack?"

"Whatever you think will last a month."

"A month? Some of my clothes are dirty."

"I'll buy some for you whenever you want."

"But Yeo-"

"No buts, I'll pay for whatever you want."

"Ugh, alright. Let me start packing quickly. When do you land?"

He tells you and it sounds quicker than expected. You hang up and rush, gathering everything and making sure you grab your passport and keys. You have your friend drive you to the airport and you wait for Yeosang to land. Once his plane lands, you excitedly look towards his gate and you start bouncing in place. Yeosang spots you and takes off running. You too start running and engulfed him in a big hug. He pulled away and surveyed your face.

"It's nice to see your face in person and not through a screen."

"Likewise."

You pressed multiple kisses to his face and he burst into a fit of laughter, instantly feeling shy. He finally gave you a kiss on the lips and you felt satisfied.

"Now, let's go. We're meeting the rest of the members in the next city."

"So you have our tickets?"

He pulls the tickets from his bookbag, handing you your plane ticket. After the procedure, you were on your way to tour with Ateez. When you arrived to the hotel, you made a realization.

"Wait, how are the roommate situation going to be now that I'm here?"

"They'll figure it out. What matters is that I'll finally be able to get a good night's sleep."

And to that, he was right. He slept comfortably and soundly by your side. Each day, he glowed more and more and your heart swelled at the fact he felt so comfortable with you around. You were happy to be his safe place as he was yours.
