[Sugar Baby] || Doyoung

You and your friends would joke about being a sugar baby. You thought it was all a joke but more and more of your friends are becoming sugar babies. It got to the point where you were the only one who wasn't one.

"I don't like how you all got a glucose guardian and didn't put me on to one."

"____, you have to do it yourself."

"But don't these people have other rich friends?"

"They do but they're sleazy and old."

"I mean hey, if I make it onto their will..."

"____."

"Anyways, help me I feel left out." You said with a pout.

"Are you sure you want to do it?"

You nodded immediately, showing your certainty.

"Alright, let's start looking."

Part of you was wondering if this was really a good idea or not. After considering your financial situation, you figured you could use the extra help. There was a website where you make a profile and you can match with a potential glucose guardian. As you scrolled through the many options, you stopped on someone.

"Kim Doyoung...he's cute."

"Yes but he could be a catfish." One of your friends points out.

"Old people know how to catfish?" You know it's possible but it seemed unlikely for you.

"You never know."

You keep looking on his profile and you like it, hoping for a match.

"Why did you like it?"

"Why wouldn't I? If you're worried about him being a catfish we can always reverse search the photo." You did just that and nothing comes up, showing that he is not a catfish.

"How is he not in social media?"

"Maybe it's not his thing. Would you believe him if he messaged you out the blue asking you to be his sugar baby?"

"You got me there."

A moment after, you get a notification that he matched with you. Your friends freak out as he sent you a message.

"Is this really happening?"

"____ is about to be living lavish."

You all squealed in excitement as you started to talk to him. You agreed to meet with him the next day for brunch. That night, you were starting to second guess. A bunch of what if's were popping up in your head but you shook those thoughts away as you went to sleep. The next morning, you got ready and went to the restaurant. You take a quick scan inside and immediately make eye contact with Doyoung. He smiles and waves you over, signaling for you to sit with him. Once you got to the table, he stood up and shook your hand.

"____, such a pleasure to meet you."

"The pleasure is all mine, Doyoung." You said with a smile.

You two sat and placed your orders. While you waited, you got to know each other. You brought up the fact that you were a bit skeptical when you saw his picture.

"You were afraid I was a catfish or something?"

You nodded.

He laughed and said, "It's usually the other way around."

When your food arrived, you two ate and discussed your weekly allowance and what you mainly need his money for.

"You know ____, when I saw your picture, I knew you would be different from other people."

"How so?"

"Usually people want to be a sugar baby only for the luxury whereas you want to make your life easier for yourself. I'll be more than happy to help you. You work hard so you definitely deserve having some extra money in your pocket."

"Thank you so much! So it's official then?"

"Yes it is, and we can start right now. Once I pay this bill, we can go to the mall nearby."

"Oh I could pay the bill. It's the least I can do."

"No need, I got it."

Not wanting to put up a fight, you let him pay the bill, although you did make sure to leave a nice tip. You two then headed to the mall and you tried not to pick a lot of clothes but he insisted that you should pick anything you want, to splurge a bit. After hearing this, you picked out items that you've been eyeing for a while and you left the mall with bags in your hands. Since you took the bus to the restaurant, he drove you home. You stood in your room after dropping the bags on the bed. As you stared at them you thought, "I could get used to this."
