[Two To Tango] || Shotaro

If you know Shotaro, you know how amazing of a dancer he is. You always enjoy watching him dance and you wish you can be on his level so you two can dance together. Something that you haven't told him is that you want to do a dance with him but you feel embarrassed since he'll pick up the dance quickly. Little did you know, he had a surprise for you.

"Hey ____." He said with a giggle.

"Uh oh, you giggled after you said my name. What are you up to?"

"I was wondering..."

"You were wondering...?"

"If you wanted to dance...with me."

"Y-you want to dance with me?" He answered your question with a nod.

"I would love to!"

His eyes lit up and a smile grew on his face.

"Really? I thought you were going to say no."

"I could never say no to you."

He let out a giggle and gave you a hug.

"We're going to do a ballroom dance class."

"Ballroom? Which style are we doing?"

"Tango."

You were a bit surprised considering it's a sexier style of dance but you know you two will still have fun nonetheless.

Fast forward a few days later and it's finally the day of the class. Thankfully, he signed you both up for the beginner's class. After doing some stretches, the instructors showed the class the choreography. If you weren't nervous before, you certainly were now. You glanced over at Shotaro who looked very ecstatic.

When the instructor came around to position each of the couples properly, you didn't realize how close you two would be each other until after the instructors left. You both looked at each other with wide eyes before breaking into a small fit of giggles.

While learning the dance, you may have stepped on Shotaro's feet one too many times and you kept apologizing to him.

"____, it's okay."

"No it's not! If I keep stepping on your toes, you won't be able to dance properly." You said with a pout.

"Just as long as you don't hurt my ankles I should be fine." He reassured you, giving you a kiss on the forehead. You started to blush, feeling a bit better.

As the class practiced the dance more and more, you felt like you were getting the hang of it. Towards the end of the class, the instructors picked couples to dance at the end of the class as they felt they got the dance the best. You weren't really expecting them to pick you and Shotaro but when they did, the nerves kicked back in. Once you two got in place, Shotaro told you to focus on him and pretend that you two are alone. His advice truly worked because before you knew it, everyone was cheering.

"You know what, we should dance together more often!"

"I thought you'd never ask."
