You and Jimin both had a day off and you wanted to spend the day in each other's company. It wasn't even a rainy day outside but the cloudy sky gave you both an excuse to stay indoors.
The two of you were on either ends of the couch reading separatel books. On occasion, you would look over at each other and smile, signaling that everything is okay. You talked about everything: your favorite parts, parts that made you upset me angry, anything about the book in general.
Once you finished the last chapter, you turned to see if Jimin finished his book. Luckily he did and your mini book club commenced. Since he had already read your book, there were no spoilers. You spoke about your favorite parts and all of the parts that made you upset. You asked for Jimin's opinion on certain parts and you spent the rest of the day discussing alternative endings for your stories.
At the end of the day before you both fell asleep, you shared how you wish you can have your little book club more often. That night Jimin promised you that no matter where in the world he was, you would have your weekly book club together. You pinky swore on it and it has been consistent since then. You would stock up on new books and then trade books so you both had knowledge of the story. Sure it seems mundane or boring to some, but for the both of you, it was an extra way to bond with each other.
