"Alright guys, gather around, I have something that i'd like to show you!"

Everyone stood in a circle as George held up a small device "This" He said proudly "Is a working lie detector"

A collective gasp of excitement came from the group, the crowd consisted of Dream, Karl, Sapnap, Quackity and a few of their other friends, George had something planned and was buzzing with excitement, he'd gotten into an argument with Sapnap so he had bought a lie detector because he had money to spare and wanted to embarrass his friend... what an asshole

"Alright, I need someone to come and sit on this chair beside me... aha, Sapnap, you can be the test subject" Sapnap's eyes widened but he walked over and sat down on the chair, resting his wrists on the arms of the chairs as George pointed the small device right at the ravenette's forehead "Right, this thing has eight questions before it goes flat so i'm only going to test it twice, Sapnap, are you a boy"

"Yeah" He replied, the lie detector flipped to TRUTH

"Alright, now I need you to tell a lie, Sapnap, are you a boy"

Sapnap laughed slightly before answering "No" The lie detector buzzed for a moment before pointing to LIE

Another gasp came from the crowd, the machine seemed to be working so far "Okay... Sapnap, have you and Dream kissed?" George asked with curiosity, both of them got quite flustered and Dream looked at the ground "No" Sapnap mumbled, the lie detector pointed to TRUTH

"Oh" George said in a slightly confused tone "Have you ever... thought about kissing Dream?"

Sapnap shook his head "Nope" Once again, the lie detector flipped over to TRUTH

"But- nevermind" George replied, feeling a bit stupid so he decided to change to a broader tactic "Are you in love?" "Yes" Sapnap answered, the lie detector pointed to TRUTH once again "Are they currently in this room?" George asked, Sapnap slowly nodded, his blush darkening as he looked anywhere but at George "Yeah..."

The lie detector flipped to... who would've guess it, TRUTH

"Now we're getting somewhere, do they have green eyes?" George said, glancing around the room, Dream wasn't the only one with green eyes but it was still a very narrow question "No" Sapnap replied, TRUTH

"So they must have brown eyes, right, do they have brown eyes?" George asked as he looked around again "No" Sapnap said softly, looking down at the floor, TRUTH once again "But- there's nobody in this room that doesn't have either green or brown eyes, I can't see a single person and i'm wearing my glasses so I CAN see the colours"

Suddenly, everyone in the room apart from Sapnap looked at George "Well, not everybody" Dream snorted, George thought for a moment before going neon red, he looked back at Sapnap and took a deep breath, contemplating his final question "Is he an idiot..?"

"Yes" Sapnap said in a voice softer than a whisper, looking up at George with a timid smile "And he has beautiful blue eyes"
